The fish wished for it's mish somewhat confusedly, being a fish, however, due to it's inability to form words properly, and only a half-understanding of planetary velocities, the mish is going at a significant fraction of c when it comes into being. Fortunately, it's heading away from the Earth. Unfortunately, it smashes right into the moon, destroying it utterly, blanketing the Earth in falling rubble, disrupting the tidal patterns of the planet, and causing widespread ruination of everything.

granted, You enjoy decades if happiness in your rich, plush mansion; swiming in gold coins like a certain tv duck.  Although: it has been argued no death is moral.  When ready to die, you find you cannot because it is immoral.  You constantly looks for a means to die, and yet miraculously survive each encounter with minimal physical discomfort.  Living becomes an agony worse than any death, as your aged body become weaker and yet still capable of movement.  Eventually you are driven mad and you swim nonstop to a remote island; where the nearby tribal village weaves stories of a crazy skinless zombie who haunts the island.
