>Andrew: Figure out how to connect to someone

After pestering DD, the installation is finally finished. You swap IPs with him and your client fills with data almost immediately You see the same screen from earlier (with a few textual changes), but instead of a nerd behind his computer desk, you view DD in a cramped, poorly-lit room. Dubious-quality poetry and literature litters the floor nearby, but luckily it's too dark to discern their full texts.

>ACHIM: Mash the book back into the shelf

You cram the book back into the shelf then go back to trying to extinguish the tiny fire you started near the window by clicking it and over.

(4) You... think there is nothing missing in your room. Reorganized, sure, but after an exhaustive search of the area, you find nothing specifically absent. As soon as you're done, you notice your computer screen says there's someone waiting to connect to you in SUBURB. Wow, did the game install this fast? Being a sort of modern day princess sure does have its advantages.

>Penny: Blindly connect. It's just a game. It certainly won't have repercussions later. Admire posters in the meantime.

Jack: Piss around in Skyrim while you wait for your friend/sucker to finish the connection.

>ACHIM: Click "Build/Destroy"

Upon clicking the button, you find yourself looking at a palette of odd, white-colored equipment that, apparently, you can place anywhere. This includes: "Cruxtruder", "Alchemiter", "Totem Lathe", "Perfectly Generic Object" and a couple more.

>Andrew: Get acquainted with the interface

You get acquainted with the interface a tad. Apparently, this is like The Sims. You can place or remove things from the house you see in the viewport and manipulate a bunch of other things. A faded version of DD sits staring at a computer.

"CONNECTING..."

After a few minutes, Jack sees Penny in his viewport, along with the other associated buttons and windows. Hmm... did he have her on his chumroll or not?

>ACHIM: Stifle FIRE with PERFECTLY GENERIC OBJECT
Meh, it's not as if you had to get it right on your first try.
You wonder when you will get to design/play a Sim yourself though. The Suburb-client doesn't seem to DO anything.
Except that you feel watched now. Maybe just the cat. Hopefully not the cat.

That moment when you feel watched while having all of your embarrassing stuff lying around.

Jack: Push random buttons with wild abandon. The best way to figure out computers is dicking around, right?

(My apologies, it's one thing or another lately. I haven't been very good at splitting up my forum games lately. Update tomorrow probably)

Any idea how to post pesterlogs without having to manually put in the colors? It's rather tedious.
