>ACHIM: Ponder Y/N-decision

You don't like decisions all that much. Pondering though is just your area of expertise.
On one hand, you would really like to open the FRONT DOOR and tell those rapscallions where to scallywag it, with some emphasizing bursts of MERCIFUL HELLFIRE.
On the other hand, BOOTJACK. Oh, sweetly blinking abyss, Bootjack.

They say he never sleeps.
He can open cans with his facial hair.
Once you saw him fight a pack pitbulls, and he took trophies afterwards.
You are fairly sure that he likes you, because you are still alive.

You haven't seen him for a while, so he probably is... right...behind...you?
As if N ever had been an option.

>ACHIM: Prepare for desperate Strife

You burst out the door and hope to the ever-loving dark lords from your poetry that you don't get shot and BOOTJACK doesn't catch up with you. Luckily, neither bootjack nor the gunners are anywhere to be seen, but the moment you go outside, some sort of METAL ARM-LOOKING THING falls near your mailbox from above. Huh?

Achivement unlocked? You know, being the first to really strife.

Artist Operandi LV2: Wet paint on BRO!

[Roll: 15+2 (Artistry)] Your WET PAINT slips your bro up and deals TWO DAMAGE! You lose two MP using it, though. He loses his turn trying to regain his footing. Couldn't have expected an attack like that. What do you do next?

Find a servant instead. Inquire after both DADDY DEAREST and the MAIL. Oh, and MOM too you guess.

[Roll: 9] The SKATEBOARD BUTLERS and POOFY MAIDS decline to pay attention to you while rushing around here and there. It looks like they're preparing for a banquet of some kind. Still, how rude! Looks like you'll have to do SOME things yourself.

TB: RAEGQUIT. Check on progress bar.

Wow, the progress bar is all the way up to 40% after half an hour of gaming! Sweet. That creaking of jammed machinery is still so annoying though. Maybe you have some kind of reset button around here somewhere?

MITTENS jumps off your desk and make an angry ROWR sound at the front door.

>Penny: Resist urge to punch nearest butler.

You have no such urge! The butlers and maids are only here to help out around the house and make your life better. If they are ignoring you, they must have a good reason. Besides, punching the help is not lady-like. You should just go get the mail yourse- Wait, why the hell are they all so busy for? Mom and Dad didn't say anything about a party or anything coming up.

>Penny: Screw it, this is getting you nowhere. Go outside and check the mailbox yourself.

Jon: AGRESS

[Roll: 10+3 (Artistry)] You PAINTSTRIKE your BRO in the chin! He's not used to this kind of aggression! He takes three damage and still doesn't get an attack off this turn.

Andrew: Search for your winter gear

You look around your room for your WINTER GEAR. You find tha- oh GOSH DANGIT, the wind blew a hole in your window again. Glass shards and an ever-increasing supply of snow now cover your extensive BOOK PILE. This farm house sucks!

VISIBLE: COMPUTER, GAMESTATION: GREEN SPECIAL EDITION PLUS GAMES, MANY MANY BOOKS, LARGE BED, CLOSET, DECEASED WINDOW.

[Roll: 9] The SKATEBOARD BUTLERS and POOFY MAIDS decline to pay attention to you while rushing around here and there. It looks like they're preparing for a banquet of some kind. Still, how rude! Looks like you'll have to do SOME things yourself.

Indeed they didn't! Are your parents having some manner of UNEXPECTED GUEST? That would be very surprising. You go outside and check the mailbox yourself, finding two PAPER SLIPS in it, each with green letters saying SUBURB painted on. Awesome!

TB: Let the cat out. Attempt to prevent farm from exploding.

This is just plain annoying. Why the heck is SUBURB taking so long to install? Breaking your concentration, you hear the faint sound of mechanical screeching outside combined with an increase in MITTENS' meowing decibals. You quickly let her out, and she runs towards the empty road. Opening the front door, you feel an oddly sinister presence around you.

>ACHIM: Stuff roboarm into your inventory; check the heavens for airbound robocops and/or murdercats

(you never know when you need a helping hand)

You quickly check the heavens for ROBOCOPS but there seem to be none present. Where did that come from, then? You captchalogue the ROBO-ARM. Maybe it'll come in handy later, who knows?

Gunshots continue to ring out around you, but you can't see anyone firing them from here. Hmm.

>ACHIM: Hang around a little

A young man is standing on his front lawn. It is pretty dark now, and the only sound is the acerb whispering of casual violence. Did they just shoot that antique garden gnome? So rude.
You can almost taste how you proceed a slot in the huge Deletion Queue that is life. Nothing to do but wait for a day that may never come.
It tastes like thin air.

"Up there all summits
are still.
In all the tree-tops
you will
feel but the dew.
The birds in the forest stopped talking.
Soon, done with walking,
you shall rest, too."

-Arnold Schwarzenegger's character
in Predator

Predator is such a deep film. You wonder who wrote the script.
