That line can be interpreted in so many ways. I've settled on one already. A good one. </3

Pshaw, just enjoying the gentle up-and-down sloping of the Sad thread rollercoaster.

(Goddamnit Firefox spellcheck! Rollercoaster is SO a word! Sid Meier told me so!)

I laughed.

Like, in a literal sense.

I want to start a forum adventure, but the idea I have requires NES sprites, and I'm too lazy to rip them myself.

...My faith in this forum just dropped. The fact that it was deleted restores it's honor for the most part though.
My faith dropped too. But for the exact opposite reasons: that someone would actually report that and that, to make matters worse, it was actually acted upon. Such intolerance speaks quite ill of certain individuals' characters.

From my observations, 4chan culture is very heavily frowned upon here.

Probably because no one likes being called a 'fag' and keeping a positive image is always good.

Tradanbattlan called me a faggot though.

I reported a post in this thread which contained the word "newfag," so that's probably what got deleted.

That's quite odd, given that it would appear a majority, or at least a plurality, of people here are from /tg/ and/or /v/ or SA, though I suppose goons are themselves rather condescending of 4chan...

Which has little to do with the fact that the post in question (if it is indeed the deleted post), would have been deleted not because it used an internet dialect, but because of superfluous similarities to other words in more common dialects, despite having no semantic connection to them in current parlance.

Man, Sir Pseudo is right. I came here from /tg/, and divers memes from there proliferate everywhere. It's just that the word "fag" is specifically frowned upon, and I agree that it is a mark of the internet's underlying homophobia and that shit need not come in here.

Also, Russian *channers up in the upper forums repeatedly refer to deon as a "commief**" upon first encountering him, to his endless annoyance. Poor guy.
