Yeah, calling bullshit, since it's not even consistently wrong.

I give you the benifit of the doubt and you betray me. For shame, Karnewarrior.

I dunno, you guys have survived Thomas the tank engine, golems, zombies, nuclear explosions, laser whales, and being on the same team as ragnarock.  I don't think something as tame as a world ending rain of lava will even slow you guys down.

So, I keep wanting to mod DF instead of working on my own damn game, and that makes me sad. I rarely play DF anymore, because every time I alt-tab out to use something like Dwarf Therapist or Runesmith, it tries to crash my computer, and that makes me sad. I've started having more fun modding DF than actually playing it...and that makes me sad.

You know what's crazy?

Look at the #10,000 reply post I made.  It's #9,999 now.
I wonder what happened.

Either the forum had a counting error or Toady/Threetoe deleted a post somwhere in this thread. Or somthing else I can't think of.

People can delete their own posts, right?  It's possible somebody deleted theirs to give (or... steal?) the 10,000 glory post.

And, I'm sad because Vista is changing the rules.  Games that worked fine before suddenly do not.

Nope, erasing all the text in a post makes saving it as such impossible, and there is no delete button. It could only be a moderator, and I'm not even sure they can without deleting the entire thread.

I reported a post in this thread which contained the word "newfag," so that's probably what got deleted.

Yep, a search for the term only brings up your post just now.

...My faith in this forum just dropped. The fact that it was deleted restores it's honor for the most part though.
