unemployment is very jumpy.

Anyway, word of dev is that minimum wage is comapred to global wages, if you have lower wage you attract jobs. Too low and your people don't want to work however.

So my 1 houry wage and 25% flat tax is not a good idea?

Can't say im seeing a change. Ive gone from 12 to 24 and Poverty now 80, unemploy 70.
Meanwhile GDP is still 25.5-26Bn +, although its maybe 0.5Bn lower than at month 0-3. So who is working these resources...

Edit:
@Andrea, so what is your unemploy and poverty at? Has the info from discord/Dev got those under control now in your Nation?

You know. Seems kind of dumb - but reading your last comment... Those are indexes shines out. Not neccessay unemployment "rates" is what i have been thinking...

Is higher better or lower better.?
Is 100% poverty mean your the worse, or the best relative to the world.

I have to assume unemployment index going higher IS bad, since income drops with it going up..

100% poverty is bad.
Well, kind of bad. We suspect that high poverty helps lowering unemployment.

also, we suspect that once you have unemployment at 95%, which is the maximum and you can easily reach in one day by setting the wrong values in the social spending tab, your economy is basically dead forever with no way of recovery.

Poverty Index 99.7218% and people are still unemployed so where are they getting the money to buy food?
Im a frozen waste land, just north of Antarctica, we import every thing.

Not to overstate the obvious, but it sounds like an extremely broken economic simulation there.

Stilll got a B grade credit rateing.
At 58% unemployed, 99.2% poverty.

Currency Index is 0.0009 / 1.0000 so my 100 per hour minim wage is worthless right?

Mine is the same on the currency. I think that could be related to the IMF currency maybe... a guess

Well, considering that one of the 'cons' to improving your resources is "attracts immigrants," there are quite a number of reasons to consider the econ sim pretty busted. Also, apparently if you settle in Antarctica you can have a GDP of 25B and 110k people, because why not? Certainly seems like most of the stuff we're doing here doesn't actually affect anything.

Also, I left for a couple hours and now I'm 100% in poverty with 75% of people out of work. How this happens when both my education system and infrastructure are being built up, along with my resources, the world may never know.

Waiting for the end of December.  It is when my resource upgrades come in.  Hoping it'll give a boon to my economic numbers.

Dictatorship of Nydus is screwed on the budget side, but has pretty high infrastructure and stuff, I've messed around with this one a whole lot.
Republic of Reik has 1.9B income.  I don't know why.  I'm not changing anything.
