You collapse onto your hoard, trusting to the healing power of gold and silver to tend to your wounds. You let the memories take you...
...soaring above, then swooping low and snatching the cavalrymen, horse and all, into the air to eat your fill. You let out a bellowing laugh, but fail to spot the arrow soaring towards the old gap in your scales...You are dredged from your dream by a high pitched scream,
three weeks later. You blearily drag yourself up from your hoard, scattering piles of trinkets, masks and jewellery, only to discover that your lair is under attack! Gugujib is cowering behind Prince Narsis' burial casket, firing shots with her crude shortbow at a band of six kobold adventurers, each equipped with their own bows and spears and also wearing heavy hide armour reinforced with beaten copper breastplates. Much worse, the adventurers seem to be accompanied by a dozen tame spit lizards, all of whom are lining up to launch their acidic spit against your sleeping form! Gugujib at least proves her value by placing an arrow through one of the adventurers' eyes! One less annoyance to deal with.

Some of your wounds have healed, but you are still blind in your left eye and there is still a gaping hole in your scales, negating the protection of your armour. What will you do?
A: Flee into the catacombs, abandoning your hoard and lair for a new place to rest and recover.
B: Try and bring down some of the ceiling on your foes, regardless of the damage to your lair's structure.
C: Use your hoard as cover and try to engage your enemies at range.
D: Breathe a gout and then charge straight in, trusting to your claws for the battle.
Your enemies are placed far enough apart that you cannot easily engage both at once. Will you...
A: Target the kobold adventurers first?
B: Target the spit lizards first?
