Taking this opportunity, Catherine decided to aid the most plight-worthy battle she could see.

The wrestling sounded best.

Inspire, inspire, inspire, inspire the wrestling human against demon~

Alright! He's looking better by the word.

Now..now to make sure he won't get hurt. Pretty sure the others will aim for the demon now.

..And hopefully not entertain collateral damage.

With barely any demons standing, I shall shout a victory cry.

You were planning to have a 15 year old magical girl kill Witches by drinking them under the table!? It's original, at least.

Turn 10: MORTAL KOOO- It's The Thought That Counts

Get the he'll away from the demon I'm fighting before I get accidentally shotgun rock'ed in the face.
[6] vs [2] You fling yourself rather dramatically away from the demon, hopefully avoiding a fistful of shrapnel to the face.

Taking this opportunity, Catherine decided to aid the most plight-worthy battle she could see.

The wrestling sounded best.

Inspire, inspire, inspire, inspire the wrestling human against demon~

Focused air strike at the demon wrestling--separate it!
[4+2-2] vs [4] With Danath already clear, you unbalance the demon instead. It retains its footing well enough, but that just means it becomes more vulnerable rather than being knocked to the ground.

+1 Air Magic
Demon: +1 to next dmg taken this round

I was thinking about this game the other day. Mostly because of how much I'm playing against type.

Run act the demon wrestling Danath and throw the rock in its face! While shouting all sorts of awesome battlecries that will make this sound even awesomer when I tell the tale afterwards!
[4][2] vs [3][2] The demon catches a bit of the shrapnel to the face, but it fairly good about dodging it. Or at least, it would have been fairly good about dodging it were it not unbalanced by the bard lady's air magic. As it stands, the left side of its head becomes rather pockmarked, and it collapses into clay shards.

2 dmg dealt to demon
-1 HP
Demon slain!
+1 Throwing

Action: Freeze a demon solid then karate kick him in half! Epic Bonus!
[1+2][3-1] vs [2] You trip as you try to attack the demon, looking considerably less cool than you intended. The demon doesn't seem sure how to prepare for you, however, and so you cover the rest of the distance, freeze it solid, and then perform a rather lackluster kick that nonetheless topples it to bluish ruin.

You get the feeling this is one of those things that'll sound a lot better than it looked.

Demon slain!

With barely any demons standing, I shall shout a victory cry.
[2] It comes out a bit... unvictorious. More like a regular shout, though surely the context counts for something...

With the last of the demons dealt with, relative peace returns to the broken red landscape. Brook and Joe seem to have gotten a head start on resting their wounds (+2 HP).

There are also more than enough horns here to complete your quest, should you choose to harvest them and return to Red Guard Tower.

Harvest horns. Collect shards of demon-clay to use as reagents.

Aid with harvesting horns, then play a merry tune on my flute as we head back.

"Totally confused him. Perfect strategy!" And I thought this would be hard.

It couldn't get any better than this!

Help gather horns, then head back.  If there are any extra horns, take them too.  We may get a bonus.
