I'm fine with that, and that Virgina was where most reactors were built, it's just that unless the skeptic scientists were right and the bomb lit the atmosphere on fire, NYC was never in danger.

Time Period: EDF control of mars (2101, the year the Red Faction liberated mars from the EDF)
Background: He was born on Mars in 2074, and joined the Red Faction in 2100.  He discovered the time machine in a raid on an EDF facility.  He took it to his home in Parker, and set up the beacon, activating the machine.  He is unknown to the EDF, and his home is relatively isolated in the far southwest of Parker.
Apperance: A Caucasian male of a height of 5' 1".  He has green eyes, and a scar on his left arm, the same one that the gauntlet is attached to.

Time Machine Description:
The time machine is in the shape of a gauntlet.  It comes with a beacon that allows the user to the place it was set up at.  On the beacon is a time setting that allows you to detail the time you return to.  The gauntlet is flawed in the way that when you travel to another time, you must return to where you placed the beacon.  You cannot remove the beacon from the timeline it was sent to after it was sent back.  You cannot remove the gauntlet from your hand.

It didnt take Ryan long to work out what the device claimed to be. However, until it had actually moved him in time, he would be very skeptical. Also I've decided to tell you all my master plan for my character, using my TIME MACHINE! TM I would travel to the future and get a device for the removal of D.N.A. from a creature, and another device for the insertion o D.N.A. into another body.
I would take frog D.N.A. and go back to the first few years of this stage in human evolution and insert the frog D.N.A. into the first few humans, then using my time machines memory keeper thingy I would see how it would affect humans in the present, then change my plan as needed, To create a race of humanoid frog creatures!))
