Appearance: Rahul is a tall, thin man with a light complexion. He has neatly kept, close cut black hair, with dark brown eyes, and an immaculately trimmed beard and handlebar mustache. He tends to wear gray clothes, usually a well-fitted suit with vest, tie, and an almost cape-like overcoat. He tops it all off with a pair of high class black shoes, and a simple black top hat. He can occasionally be seen walking about with a large cane, but has no real need for the support. A strange tattoo on his back in the form of the three headed serpent covered in runes obscures the exact location of his circuit, however the whole snake can be seen to move impossibly if Rahul is casting magic with no shirt on(a very rare if not impossible occurrence).
Personality: Rahul is a former German military officer. That should say a bit about his personality. He is harsh at times, and stubborn others. Rahul tends to get his way, or get revenge if he does not. A general outlook of maturity and polish covers a nearly seething disrespect for most other beings. Oddly(for a magi) friendly to the Church, he still considers Magi to be the rightful rulers of the world, and hates the idea of the secrecy the Magi Association forces upon them. He has joined this war as a master, for the pure hatred of the association that he thinks of as his enemy.
Background:
The Streiber were a line of mages that served the Einzbern in the time of the Saint of Winter. So Rahul's family has known about the holy grail war since it's conception. However, being a servant mage kept them from ever participating. Rahul's great grandfather was born to the butler of a primary branch of the great house, and served in that capacity until the family split from the house within that generation for details that Rahul was not informed of. Rahul was the only child of the family and thus inherited the magic circuit and was trained as a magi.
However, not all was well with our hero's childhood. At age 12, His father was murdered before his eyes one night by a female Dead Apostle. The next morning when he tried to tell the Einzberns and the Association about it, no one would listen to him, since there was no trace of the body and the only witness was a child. Rahul has no other choice than to turn to the Burial Agency and the Church. This was not an easy task, no mage truly likes the Church, and the Church tend to dislike the magi. The Einzberns found out about Rahul telling them about his father and were furious, they knew he was from a family disowned from the great house, and he was forced into an orphanage and left to his own devices at a young age.
Most of his studies since then have been with the help of priests and other magi-supporters within the Church. They gave him a place to live, and helped him learn how to control his magic and keep from creating any disasters. As Rahul grew older he noticed something strange about one of the holy relics in the Church he was living in. This broken bloody spear-point was said to be one of the weapons used to pierce the Church's savior upon the cross. Rahul knew better.
Magic flowed about that small piece of spear like a lurking cloud. And whatever that item was from, it was certainly less than holy. A plan began to form in the teenage Rahul's mind, and he studied like a frenzied piranha to obtain the skills he would need to pull off his goals.
He joined the German military with the intent of training his body, and his self control. He spent six years of his adult life fighting in military campaigns and learning the ways of the world. And the end he was discharged honorably, with the rank of Oberleutnant complete with the patch and uniform.
Thus, at age 23 he made it happen. Hiring a mundane thief, he arranged for the relic to be stolen. He would have just taken it himself, if not for a good and healthy fear of the Executors. With the spear point in hand, he rented a small flat in the location of the current Grail War and began his preparations.
Sorry for the wait, wanted to make sure I didn't have too many typos and issues. Looking forward to things here.
