I still think science is the way to go, as a que to our guy to attack him. But other than that. . . . . shoes? Naked?

(not what i expected, but that's how things roll.)

You shout out "socks!".
"What?" he pauses for a minute while holding you, thinking of what that could mean.
One of your goblins takes off his socks, believing that that was your order.

Throw the socks at him! But over his head by a bit so he has to drop us to grab them.

You order the goblin to throw the socks at the head. (still in your language so the dwarf does not understand)
One hits his eye, he drops you and takes it off. "Gah!"

Get your weapon (or order a goblin to throw you one) and stab him

Order the rest of the goblins to start pelting the dwarf with socks.

Preferably in the face or gut. The spine works, too. Though I would suggest having a different goblin actually stab him, and maybe the maksgoblins shoot him.

You yell for a sharp weapon, a sword is tossed to you. You graze his leg, barely cutting it. (he dodged)
He picks up his helmet and halberd, and wears them. His eyes gleaming with rage as socks continue to be pelted at him.
You grin, he never noticed the poison on the sword.

Tell the others to drop the socks and get moving away from the dwarf. Fight him only if needed, we can hopefully wait the poison out. Do have the marksgoblins fire, though.

You order the goblins to stay back and fire at him.
He coughs slightly. Suddenly, he looks at his cut with a look of horror on his face. That look of horror changes to a fiery hatred, he is thoroughly enraged.
The goblins back off, trying to keep distance between them and this dwarf.
He charges towards you.
