Mutie? My eldrtich fluffykins? He is a graceful and proud creature! That may or may not be the essence of every nightmare since the beginning of time and will cause you to go mad by being near it.

You issue the marksgoblins in your language to do their orders. The two come up behind him and fire their bolts. He dodges one, and the other bounces off of his breastplate. The other melee goblins form a perimeter around him, still out of range.

Current army:
2 marksgoblins
1 swordgoblin
1 axegoblin
1 hammergoblin
1 speargoblin
1 crippled swordgoblin (out of battle)

Challenge him to a fair duel. One on one, unarmed and unarmored.

Signal the rest to not engage. Tend to the wounded.

Martial Trance. The weapon of the outnumbered. The Goblin shall do well to remember this and advance unseemingly on a Dwarven Fortress many times it's lesser.

"Eh, fight without armor or weapons? Hah! from a flimsy little greenskin!"
He turns around, places his halberd on his back, removes his gauntlets, then grabs the closest goblin by the neck, lifting him from the ground with only one hand. He promptly slams him into the ground, the sickening crack of bones through his iron armor piercing your ears.

((Action to reply, if possible?))

Goad that bastard into fighting you, one on one. If it works, follow the Goblin tactics of  the Combat Pragmatist, as retold by the Snakelord: Iyndi Joones

"Hah, as expected from a cowardly dwarf! A show of rudimentary force to scare us into fighting you. I shall not bow to your craven sensibility! If you want a fight, fight me. Now, here.

Without armor and weapons. Or are you as weak as they say? Too afraid to fight a flimsy little greenskin and lose? Your temper is as small as your mind.

Bring it on. Dwarf. Fight me like a real warrior of your kin."

Deny him the Martial trance. Also, order the rest to only fight if they've been attacked.

So we are going to do something really stupid or really smart here, +1 to tiruin's vote.

You issue the goblins to stand back and only attack if they are,

He seems a bit irritated.
"One on one fight you want? one on one you get." He proceeds to strip himself of armor. He has no clothes on but a simple wool loincloth and silk socks.

You strip down into your regular troll fur clothing.

He steps up to you. It is hard to tell where his beard ends and his chest hair begins.

(majority says go for the eyes.)

You quickly thrust at his eyes, then grab onto his face and try to slam him into the ground, he doesn't budge with that and is completely unfazed.
He grabs you by the shirt and lifts you up. "Any last words before I break your spine?"

(there is a way to get him to drop you with only one word.)
