Pull over to the side of the road so that you don't kill anybody while trying to remember why the music sounds familiar.

You pull over and just listen for a while. You can't remember why it's so familiar, but it lessens your headache by a significant amount for some reason. After the first movement, the radio hosts start chatting about the news. Too relaxed to care, you listen to that, too.

"This is interesting, Tom," said a female voice. "There are reports of a man who has gone missing from the Nepenthe U campus."
"Gone missing?" asked who you assume to be Tom. "For how long?"
"About a week, Tom"

You quickly hit the power button on the radio. You can't think with distractions. Okay. You haven't shaved in about a week, and this guy has been missing for around that long. It would be a good idea to check out that college. You hit the radio button again.

"...Was reported missing by his girlfriend Laura, who seemed distraught when we spoke to her." Said the female voice.
Laura... Laura... Do you know a Laura? It seems vaguely familiar... But how??
"If you have any information, please send it to the main office at 8901 University Street." Said Tom.

They continue with the second movement, and you try your hardest to remember Laura.

Drive to 8901 University Street. Take the five marks and wallet with us. Enter the building and ask who you are!

In the meantime, try to remember Laura.

You get back on the street and start driving to the next intersection. Apparently you are on Forest road, and the crossing street is 5th.
You keep going on Forest until it starts to leave the city proper, and turn off on Pine to continue around the city until you can find University.
Unfortunately, going around the city didn't help. University street ends somewhere within the city, and isn't immediately obvious from the outside. The sun has set, and the moon is bright. The light pollution from the city, however, obscures the stars. Even at such a late hour, though, the city streets-the ones you can see, anyway, are deadlocked.

Pull over to the side of the road and get some sleep. You can try again tomorrow, and driving around half-asleep isn't going to benefit anybody.

You lie back and focus on sleep. You tip the seat back and get comfortable. The edges of your vision blur and you doze off...

You stand in a hallway filled with greenish mist. You are aware that this is a dream, but are not waking up. You have gone lucid.

As this is a dream, and I am aware that it is a dream, I should hypothetically be able to control every aspect of it. Check if I have superhuman powers.

You are the dreamer. You are god of this realm. You order the mist away, and it leaves. You can see infinitely along both passages. You can order the hallway to leave, but instead ask it why it is here.

"I am here to guide you," says the hallway.
"Why would I need guidance?" you query.
"You have hidden your memory, locked away by your own means," it answers.

I promise you, if you ever have a lucid dream, this is not just possible, but common.

Man, I never though watching Inception would have a practical use in a forum.
Convert the hall into an infinite staircase and stop at what you perceive as the highest point the staircase reaches.

There is no highest point, that's the purpose of the infinite staircase.

It's what you perceive it to be. Once you stop at where you want the highest point to be, that's the highest point.

Ask the hallway how to find your lost memories and why you hid them from yourself.
