I love how people get all prissy and elitist over this. I've played DF for a while and I loved it. The past tense is critical there. You guys keep jerking yourselves off by going on about how if you don't love this game then you have a lesser intelligence, which is kind of hilarious.

please, just because it seems frivolous to some people to be a member of the forum and vote that you don't like the flagship game/software just means that they are paranoid about trolls.
I've not got an issue with the other people... however I've noticed that the ones I've met in real life who can never get past the graphics are usually the people I consider to be... incompetent

I've not noticed this quality of DF players, I found the forums to be very kind to me despite my inexperience when I joined.
besides, people who own apple computers aren't all pompous assholes... wait a second, that isn't true.
