I recently posted the detailed court information about this case but took it down. :P:)

I had the legal complaint. It was quite graphic and explained in detail exactly what happened.

Every student in my school that decides that their conversation is more important than whatever the teacher has to say at any given time. Or more important than letting other people do their work in peace after they gave you the same courtesy.

ESPECIALLY when they sit near/next to me, or are being especially loud and douchey.

Also, group projects piss me off because we only just "finished" the project(a 30 minute presentation on the energy crisis) despite having like three weeks to do it. I AM SO STRESSED OUT RIGHT NOW AAAAUGH.

Why don't they want you to look at the french site?
French site gets updated before the rest of the world, thus if you look at the French site you know what is going to happen next and can plan for it. For example (Given that I have never played) you are a guy who has found that water augmented weaponry has served you well against 99% of creatures you have faced, but they are planning on releasing a set of creatures strong against water, and weak against lightning. So either;
A. You look at the French site, know this is coming, and get a good weapon for minimal cost before everybody is after them.
B. You don't look and have to compete with everybody else after the relevant weaponry.

Point is that it gives an unfair and unintended response to the community. Ammo will become more available? Sell current ammo and rebuy it when it is going cheap. Health packs about to become rarer? Buy all you can and sell them later.
This doesn't really fly because it's not an MMO in that sense, you play with 39 other people in a town until you die, then reincarnate in a new town, completely fresh. There's no actual stockpiling of items or trading or anything of the like.

Attention people of Michigan:

From roughly November until March, we have this season called "Winter". This time period is filled with cold weather and frozen water. This has happened since the beginning of the fucking ice age. If you are over the age of 14, you are probably trained to drive in these conditions. Ice, snow, and slippery surfaces are nothing new in this area. You should be prepared for these conditions. Despite the unusually mild weather lately, winter is still in effect, and you should still be prepared for it to happen.  People who are not prepared for these conditions despite having lived here for more than two years will be attacked with a rubber stamp that says "Fucktard".  There is no reason for you fucktards to be pretending that the roads are bumper car tracks, getting yourselves killed due to your own stupidity, or crying about snow falling from the sky. Seriously, Michganites, man up. It's just a little fucking snow. >:(

That is all.

From what I gather, irony is an amusing coincidence that's highly improbable and the exact opposite of what you'd expect out of the situation.

If I recall correctly, and my memory hasn't been the best of late, but I believe George Carlin had an interesting take on irony.  Paraphrasing as best as I can from memory:

Imagine a diabetic is driving to the store to pick up some insulin so they don't die.

If they get hit and killed by a truck on the way to the store, it's a tragedy.

If they get hit and killed by a truck carrying sugar, it's (something something I think about destiny being a dick)

If they get hit and killed by a truck carrying insulin, it's irony.

Heh, at least you didn't have to deal with the same sort of people when 'Friday' was popular among certain circles of idiots.

Also, doing group projects at the last minute is the best way.  :P

(Tangent: I remember having to give a 30 minute presentation in a class in my junior year of high school on a topic chosen by me and the guy I was working with on it. At about 1 am the night before it was due, we started emailing ideas to each other, and ended up talking for 30 minutes about the legalization of marijuana, with a few spreadsheets of facts pulled from wikipedia projected in the background. The teacher liked it so much that he apparently now uses it as an example of what good presentations should be like for new classes. -_____-)

Does that really qualify as a tragedy, though? It just seems like a sad event. :p

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

[Exaggerated snapping and hand movements] You want to start the terrible no preparation group project fight? Is that what you're trying to do? I've got a project so terrible it got a 44% and has been scientifically proven to make chemistry teachers cry.[Exaggerated snapping and hand movements]

It was glorious.

My friend once had a group project for his art major.

So he did a portrait of a friend. He titled it "I hate group projects."

He got an A.
