d. A bunch of guys compete over who gets to "win" the girl, via such methods as playing rock-paper-scissors with each other, only to find that she has baked something for all of them.

Well, at least the plotlines sound very porny. I'm not sure about the first part. But then again, I don't remember what the word "excise" mean in that context either.

If we're now speculating on sources of rage, then I would imagine it's about bad writing. Overuse of (and perhaps overemphasis on the concepts of) the words listed combined with the plots listed after them.

D was the only one that made me think of porn, to be honest. But it kinda fit retroactively on the rest. Probably fan-fiction, though. Not that they're mutually exclusive.
