This is correct. You also can't change a unit's equipment and move them in the same turn.

Bah. It takes an entire year to pick up a wooden sword? Since when was this game based off of Dwarf Fortress?
Oh, picking up a sword is easy. Picking up swordsmanship is the hard part. My original game had a whole "going from iron swords to steel ones and the like takes no time" thing going on, but I guess KO decided that was more trouble than it was worth.

By the way, you already got deep mining last turn; you don't need to research it this turn.

Yeah, I thought of that but posted anyway.

Also, sweet. Didn't notice that.

Also also, goddamnit, now I have to rewrite my RP. I really liked it, too, even if it wasn't very long.

I don't suppose I can change those three labor to research or making strong iron or something?
Which one would you like? If I didn't communicate it clearly, then it's my fault.

Also, a reminder: The Tokk aren't really insectoid.
Hence the "appears to be".

I'd greatly prefer if it was two-way, but I'm quite certain I can find a use for it.
Communication does tend to be two-way, doesn't it? <_< >_>

Bah. Just noticed that last turn I miscalculated the labor for alloys: I spent 5 labor on 5 alloys when my Smelter enables me to spend 2.5 labor on 5 alloys... what do I do about that?
I might allow a small retcon here as well.

Research, I think. Thanks.

Still awfully potent. Maybe if you added a half-percent penalty to population growth any year it gets used at least once?

One alchemist using Aqua Kaolinae (with these new numbers) saves me 0.67-0.8 labor. One of your mages casting Arcane Servitor saves you 1 labor. Isn't one unit of mages doing the labor of 1,000 people, with no downside, on the same level of ridiculousness?

If you still think it's overpowered, I am more than willing to sell you the rights to use it at very reasonable prices, considering how great you think it is (I already sent you a pm). This goes for everyone, pm me if you're interested.

I might allow a small retcon here as well.
How do you mean? I get 2 extra labor this turn, or something like that, or I redo my previous turn (with some restrictions of course, so I can't somehow take advantage of knowing what other people did last turn)?

Hmm. It's a point, I suppose; you do have a lot of plains to work with. I was thinking more in terms of what it does to your maximum food production, but that's less of an issue to you than overcrowding already.

you get two labor to add to the last turn. Not a complete redo, though.
