More and more, my mental/emotional condition is just getting worse and worse. The voice of myself telling me that I hate myself, that my life is worthless, that I should die, is just echoing and repeating in my head over and over, every day, from when I wake up to when I go to sleep. Even my best dreams and fantasies are being tainted and warped into awful illusions.

I don't know what to do, it's been awhile since I've been on Bay12, I don't know how to crawl out of this nightmare. I can't think straight anymore.

Anyways, sad of the day, just got back from the dentists. Really hate that place, bad enough that they have to stick machinery into my mouth, they make half of my face numb too, which is fucking uncomfortable and lasts for hours :C
