Meh, turned out better than I thought it would. You gave a good fight, and I've got a broken rib to remember you by. Had you been in full health/not starving, and on your terms of battle, you almost certainly would of won. Which is why I attacked you in the first place.

Kobolds=Ultimate opportunists. Take that lesson to the grave  ;)

Thank Elyvion for that +1 to my luck rolls. That alone might of saved me from dying along side you.

Looks like Sephiroth is up next? Welcome back!

Actions

Ouch. Ouch. Broken rib. Take care not to exert myself, and breathe deep full breaths. According to google..er my innate shamanistic knowledge, I should cough alot to avoid fluids pooling in my lungs. Not much can be done about it except to let it heal naturally.

Gather up any nice loot from Mr. Person, but not enough to encumber myself. You could provide a list of what I find and i'll decide what to take with me, but I assume I will take all I can safely carry.

Place my bandage on any one of my open cuts, though i'm sure most of my wounds are deep bruises and, again need time and rest. Lucky I have plenty of food.

Then make my way back to the quarry. Home sweet home!

Congrats on the victory Dwarmin! And Mr.Person, you fought like hell so yeah.

I'm not sure if I said where I wanted to start, so I'll go from east and head towards any large, imposing structures.

That is, if I am up.

Use my sword to jam the locking mechanism! If I can prevent it from locking, I can open it. That, and also try to get out if possible.

All right, some business. Anti-Paragon, you're on the list. It seems to be moving quick right now. Which causes no end of work for me.  ;)

Sephiroth, you're in already, but I'll need a weapon preference from you.

The front page is updated already so let me know if I missed anything.

Here's the list you'll find Dwarmin when you search him next turn:
xIron gauntletsx
XMule leather BackpackX:
1 lantern with oil (8/15 turns)
A Felsite scepter (6000 di (Not appraised by you so you don't know this))

XGiant iguana leather capeX (armor)
XXDonkey leather pantsXX (armor)

xRope reed bagx:
3 xXloaves of longland flour breadXx
1 wood torches (good for 5 hours each)
1 flint and steel
1 small pot-
2 xmeals worth of roasted garlicx

xDeer leather waterskinx: Water (3 uses)
xXUnicorn leather waterskinXx: Water (2 uses)

And yes, dying in your gear degrades it.

Congrats on placing very well on the list Mr. Person. I think it'll be a while before someone tops you. Unless a certain kobold we all know dies unexpectedly. Not that that is at all likely in this place. No sir. No insectoid ambush waiting for him in the quarry... Nope.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

And I'm getting a vibe here...I better make a press release.

No one else should worry about me attacking them. I'm primarily pacifistic, but I truly believed that Mr. Person was going to kill me when he had the chance, due to me thieving his crown, which I did because he attacked me in the start of the game. Cycle of violence people. It never ends well.

His raising of the zombies was merely casus belli.

I'll take a preference for one-handed swords, no shields. No rapiers either if possible, those things are FLIMSY.

Sounds like you want a falchion. They're pretty hardy swords.

Warlord of Woe has emailed me and passed on his turn. Dragnar, you're up. You have until Monday to post. Sephiroth, since your sword is wood that limits what designs are available. Pretty much stabbing designed weapons only. It has an edge, but not all that much of one.

Day 3, Turn 13: Order: Reece (4!), Dwareet'ik (1!,5!), Keris (1!,6!); New order: Reece, Keris, Dwareet'ik

Quiet turn this time, but many of you are just starting out again. Good luck to you. Remember, I always leave a way out. At least ... if you're not dealing with the death traps in the secret tombs.  ;D

Too bad Warlord passed. He had a good character.

Welcome Dragnar, and good luck-you got a nice idea for a character, I want to see how it plays out.

Actions
Well time to find a good spot to lay. Take a drink of water and attempt to enter a trance to rest, control my breathing, and will my body to heal faster.

I invoke the power of positive thinking!

I'll start from the west.
For my first action I'll scan the mountainside, looking for probable entrances. If I see one I'll start heading toward it.

Nice equipment rolls Dragnar! You can definitely survive fights, so be careful about getting injured in other ways, like starvation, sickness or traps. Hey, find me in the fortress, and i'll pay you well for Kobold sized armor ;)

You should consult Paul about all the technical stuff about forging before you dig into it lol

And Paulus updates 5 days a week, but not weekends, if you didn't know the schedule.

Well, crap. Those are horrible rolls. In any case, I just try and find a way out, any part of the cage that might bend, a place I could squeeze out, anything. I'll probably be stuck here for a while. Also, try and call out for help, the worst that could happen is I get attacked, which since I'm stuck in a cage, is probably the least of my concerns.

Thanks for the prompt response Dragnar. Since I had time I've included you in the previous round. So you can take another turn over the weekend like everyone else.

Have a good one, y'all.

I'll head for the main trade hall, disabling any traps in my way. (and making sure not to enter the temple of death)

Having no social life does tend to allow fast responses on the internet ;D

Walk menacingly down the trail/to the fortress/whatever.
This will make it so if the goblins see me, they'll hide in fear from the BADASS ELF WALKING DOWN THE TRACK.

If they attack, stab them. NUMEROUS TIMES.
