Me and the henchdwarf double-team Poltifar, since that is the only way I can get better than last(If someone is knocked out of the race permanently)

TURBO SPEED! I push the button, while trying to carefully drive (yeah, change of driving style) on Strife, so his explosion will push me towards the finish.

Using basic physics, I crash Cheeetar into the wall since he's still attached to me.

I change to normal driving. Let's try to get to the finish, shall we?

I have no armor, a damaged engine, and I lost my disposable dwarf-bomb.  I'm neck and neck with two other angry maniacs with far tougher cars.  I can do this.

Pump, pump, pump for all you're worth!  Slow down and we're boned!  Faster and we're kings!  This is the last stretch boys!  Give it everything you've got!

All dwarves to the pumps!  The most aggressive driving ever!  Lean forward for momentum!  Flap arms to reduce weight!  There's no stopping me now!

I try to use qwerty's attack on me to instead benefit me, so that he pushes me faster instead of ramming/damaging me

Who said anything about ramming?
There is ramming from the side, jumping across, damaging the controls, and running you off course...

? Strange, I must have amnesia regarding my actions . . .

I try not to die.

Also, how much of the track is left Shadow? Should I freeze betting?

I immediately attempt to pass the other 4th-square contestants, charging for the final stretch. Still on full aggression.

Pretty much not enough for much to change concerning who will win.

Freeze it,once the race is over, clear and reset for the next.

I personally would say that you shouldn't be able to bet after the race has started.

Okay betting is now frozen.

I was cosiderig only having pre-race betting; however, I figured that there would be a lot more time spent 'in the race' than in between them. Besides, it gives more of a chance for strange bets (who would know that I'd have money on me).

Exactly, especially since there is potential for 12 square long race tracks.(this one being a 4)

It also allows more potential for corruption to take a little root, which would make the game a wee bit more interesting.(Aqizzar's hedge bet as an example)

One of my cats jumps onto his face and starts a scratching him, so he can't see where he is going, and I detach myself, driving forward agressively.
