After his wandering, Erin will go to the land of the Andilauss, with a symbol to show Neferetem's support. He will then proceed to establish a Realm, the City of Silver Skies, where all are welcome and no faith shall be restricted.
Erin is still thinking about where to put his Realm.

Wise words indeed Limikarrat, we are far too new parents to truly know what is best. It is for this reason I seek prudence and peace. Death is almost always the End. A finality that is rarely overcome, and even one triumphs over it, they merely extend the struggle. All things come to an End, if death is avoided, it will return eventually. Therefore, if death comes early and swift, that is the end. Nothing else may be achieved or accomplished. No joy felt, or future to be had. War and death are final, and with finality, little else may be done.

I do not fight death, I embrace it, but war brings the End all too soon. If we are to guide these mortal souls into the future, we should give them a fair and long period to grow in and experience this world.

Erm. I'll... I'll be considering it. I didn't realize that I'd have people arguing over the... privilege to have their worshippers worship me as well.

I'm fine with this, as I'd like to see the populations meet and merge eventually, and Erin doesn't seem the type to hoard his improvements and not bless others with them.

Stricken by an unrelated impulse, Nefertem burns an Act for 2 Power and creates an army of lesser servants which he calls the Guides of Light. Living in the Divine Plane, they possess an essential mandate to seek out lost souls and show them the way to any Realm the Guides know about. Eh, never mind, looks like Niké has the afterlife pretty locked up.

After his wandering, Erin will set up his Realm in the location specified by Akrathh. It will be the City of the Silver Skies, where all are welcome, and no faith is restricted.
Furthermore, the construction daemans will be put to work building infrastructure, such as roads and housing. There will be a few temples to Lu, Akrathh, and Erin, but they are less important than the infrastructure.

Paying little attention to the mortals below or its fellow divine peers' squabbles, Niké at once begins to work on the laws of the universe, touching the fabric of the thing that so recently birthed it, to make it into something strong and unable to be ignored.

Expending 3 Cycle Acts, 1 Torpor Act and 1 Growth Act, Niké creates the Codex of Niké.

Description:
The Prime Law:
All will end. Even the greatest of beings will perish, someday, at some point. No matter how powerful, how indomitable, how grand and magnificent, from a worm to a Mortal to a Great Being to a God to a Titan, there is no escaping this Law. Remember you will die.
The Logarithmic Law:
Despite the Prime Law, after Death is Birth, and Growth. Even in the coldest of seasons, there will be warmth anew. Even though you die, you will rise again, despite the winter, and despite death.
The Elliptic Law:
All are circles. All may go as they wish in any direction, and, eventually, they will reach where they began. As all life will die, all death will live, go as they please, reach out and move, granted Bonds in Life but Freedom in Death.

Effects:
- The Prime Law states that there will be wintertime, representing a withdrawal of all manner of life. In addition, it brings all of the dead souls (THAT ARE LOST AND WOULD NOT HAVE GONE TO THEIR CREATOR'S REALM IN THE FIRST PLACE) to Niké's realm.
- The Logarithmic Law states that there will be summertime, representing a climax of growth and warmth, for those who seek it. It also gives souls the ability to exactly mimic their previous selves from life, as well as add upon it. All their memories, personalities, wants and dislikes, will be fully clear to them without fail.
- The Elliptic Law states that, within reason, dead souls may go where they please, including, if they wish, free transport to the realm of any God, acting on their own desire for Freedom in life. Reincarnation is also a thing, where souls that wish for the bonds of life again will be reborn anew within the Mortal Plane. (The journey of reincarnation is arduous, however, and very very few souls will be reborn with even small memories of their previous lives.)

Additionally, in combination with the first two laws, the Elliptic Law ensures that winter will follow summer, and summer will follow winter in a never-ending cycle of change.

That being done, hopefully, Niké expends the last of his Power, 4 in total, to craft two Heroic-class Servants.

Name: Nolei
Class: Lord of the Realm of Winter and Summer
Description: A young man, bearing a striking resemblance to Niké's humanoid form, except with more regal clothes and hair the color of white grass. He has a strict yet kind personality.
Powers:
- Can communicate with Niké between planes
- Presides over Niké's realm, has increased power there
- Has the ability to instantly teleport souls to whatever Divine Realm they wish, or, as the case may be, reincarnate them
- Knows the goings-on of all Divine Planes
- If attacked, wields the power of Ice

Name: Kuli
Class: Augur of Ghosts and Seasons
Description: A winged boy in robes and sandals, wielding a wooden stick inscribed with circles and lemniscates. He has a mischievous yet dutiful personality.
Powers:
- Able to fly anywhere around the Original World
- With his stick, is able to cause either Winter, with snowfall and cold and withdrawal of life, or Summer, with greenness and warmth and growth. This power does not come directly from him, but rather, he is channeling the Codex and letting them take effect on the environment.
- Is able to send souls somehow residing in the Mortal World to Niké's realm to be processed, or as the case may be, reincarnate them.
- If attacked, wields the power of Plants and Nature.

He creates Nolei in his Realm and Kuli just above the Original World. He tells Nolei to process and grant souls' wishes, and tells Kuli to bring Summer and Winter to the Original World.

Additionally, if he is able, he creates several regular scrolls, with his Codex written on each. Granting them to Kuli, he tells him to preach the Three Laws to those who are willing to listen.
