Why dont we design a coal-to-oil process for more ressources? Oil really is the bottleneck, and will continue to be pretty much forever.

That might mess up the resource system and make Sensei work harder.

I wonder if having more Ore to work with would let us speed up the development of nukes. Ore is symbolised as mining effort so the more mining effort we have, the more uranium we get. The more uranium we get, the more research material we have with which we can make nukes. A nuke would be a National Effort, of course, but that's fine. It's what it's supposed to be.

Why? It would be either one extra Oil, or maybe the possibility to change one Ore into one Oil.

High altitude flak isn't that expensive, and we won't have enough fuel for mass deployement.
Yeah, as if high altitude flak was anything more than annoying. Especially if we made night raids on their industry or cities.
And they don't even have a gun that could serve as flak, nor they have deployed anything resembling flak. Their biggest weakness is air, atm.

Nukes. In 1927...
EDIT: Also, honestly, I don't think we will manage to make nukes at all. After all, the island we are on is pretty small, we may not even have uranium at all. Not to mention that outside world may get pretty angry after we would deploy one.

Ok fine, flak won't be very effective. But neither will our night bombing. At the moment, our best navigation system is the compass.

Funilly enough one of those is using smaller engines with turbo/superchargers.
EDIT: Those are car-specific, so there may be even more when it comes to planes.
A small turbo charger can reduce fuel use, the engine no longer has to suck in air, it just in hails.

As for planes, turbo chargers let us fly higher up in the thinner air as there less resistance you need less power for a given speed.

Unless they start covering all their lights, their cities, industry and bases will be pretty visible even at high altittude. And compass is enough, after all we just need to bomb the right part of island.

Nukes. In 1927...
It'll be a large project that'll probably take several Design phases to complete, but completing it means ending the war. The USA only started researching it when WWII broke out (or a bit before that) so we'd be able to develop it before them just by trying. If we make a decent assault rifle next year, we'll have made a decent assault rifle 15 years before the first actual one.

EDIT: Also, honestly, I don't think we will manage to make nukes at all. After all, the island we are on is pretty small, we may not even have uranium at all. Not to mention that outside world may get pretty angry after we would deploy one.
It doesn't need to be Hiroshima big. As you said, it's a small island and thus we have small capitals. Just a bit of uranium will be enough to destroy or at least irreparably cripple Moskurg. Also, the world will not get angry with us; they'll be scared shitless of us. Remember, this is before 1945 and the deployment of the first nuke. The only negative opinion they'd form about us deploying a nuke is fear. Anger only occurs when they manage to develop their own.

Implying they won't make their own. Consider it would be actually easier for them, considering they will at least partially know how it works, and the rest could be easily stolen.

Depending on the situation outside, you may be giving Hitler The Bomb.
EDIT: Also, it would be very boring ending of the war.
EDIT2: And when it comes to assault rifle, we wouldn't be remotely first. Fedorov Avtomat is considered to be one (it both had intermediate cartridge and detacheable 25 rounds magazine), and it was made in 1915, and there was Italian Cei-Rigotti (~1900) gun that fired similar cartridge but used fixed box magazine, up to 50 rounds. Germans were just the first ones to use them on big scale and the ones who named them.

Nuclear fission was only discovered in 1938 (though theories existed in 1934). U-235 was only discovered in 1940.  Hell, at this point the existence of the neutron was still unknown.

It's one thing to develop weaponry which existed, but was not yet perfected. It's another to develop weaponry whose existence had only recently been contemplated in science fiction.

We should think about stopping Moskurgian Arak trade, (with our planes and our ship, proably) who knows, USA might be happy enough to send us something (like their research, research teams, tanks, guns, anything really).

Citys can't move so all we need is a good way to guide our bombers.
In the short term lets have the first bombers carry incendiary bomb and use the fire to guide the second wave after darkness falls.

We have radio now (hopefully), we could send scouts that could, like, tell the rest what they did to get over Moskurgian cities. Or something.

That only works at day, and even then landmarks can be hard to find and confusing. On the other hand, we have all these railroads running around, makes for a pretty good map.

You only really have to discover where they have cities once, write down bearing and how long (i suppose we have clocks, right?) you flew in that direction, gg you just got an idiot guide on how to find enemy stuff.
