TEAM A
"That doesn't look good. Fly a bit closer to the ground, Yaroslav."

Keep an eye on the shadow in the clouds. Use my free hand(s) to wipe the syrup-like liquid off my feet and dab it on the damaged edges of my Sharksuit chestplate. Use Konrad's lost blood and the syrup from other peoples' feet, too, if there isn't enough on just mine for it to regenerate fully.

Be prepared to nudge anything I see shot at us onto a non-intercept course with my Mass Manipulation Amplifier, unless it's car-sized, or something. Then nudge us onto a non-intercept course with it, if Yaroslav doesn't manage to.

Search the sky for anything big and sharp looking, warn Yaro if anything comes from that zepplin.
"Yo, Yaro, you still have that laser rifle with you? I would like to shoot at the big thing but the Gauss rifle prolly' has too much recoil on it for you to fly safely.
...
Actually, forget about shooting it, I just want my laser rifle back."

Y. Vetrov - Team A

- Yessir. I'll try to speed us up a little, so keep watching, people.

Keep flying. Go for Team B location, since our medic is there. Lower flight altitude to just below the clouds. Given  I have several pairs of eyes watching my back, try to concentrate more on flight and speed up a little.

"I have a rifle on hand if someone wants to kill that thing, although I expect it back"
if anyone wants it give them pawn, keep head behind a solid bit of Yaro, attempt to keep any bleeding to a minimum, switch helmet feed to feed from pawn, if I am still holding the Pawn point it toward the zepplin.
Hasala feeds his armor till it starts regenerating and the Yaro-mobile keeps heading for B team. Oddly, the big floating thing is moving is roughly the same direction, more easterly, and is completely ignoring A team. Small Miracles. Though Konrad is basically about to pass out and death can't be far off; thats not great.

TEAM B
"Yes, commander!  Ingram, guide my shot!  Algis, I beseech you to shield us!"

Move into firing position and set the PEW into Compressed Shot mode.  Fire on the blimp, then hustle along with the squad.  Dodge any incoming fire.

"One second."

Aid in spike removal from [spazyak's character]'s eye, keep an eye on the floating mass.

Fire at blimp.

Ulrich Leland, Team B. Location: In jeep.

Drive after Flint. Dodge bony artillery from the sky when people tell me to dodge and swat away things that I cannot dodge with mass amp.

remove spike and try and path up the.hole once the spike is removed tie it to the. Front of my laser rifle so it's a bayonet
uh guys? A little help?
(( I didnt realize it was still in there))

Triage - first check on our amputees and make sure they aren't bleeding all over the place. then once I'm sure they aren't going to die soon I move on to Mr Spikeface, and attempt to give him a better last name than Spikeface.
Using a Mass amp while driving AND dodging? My, what a nice combination of actions that all make each other much harder.
[2] Do ho ho ho.

So Ulrich manages to stall the engine and leave you all sitting there like big idiots. Lets see if he can block some spikes!
[6]
He erects a lovely force wall which blocks all the spikes from hitting the jeep! It also blocks all the fire from his teammates! Lets see if any of those were explosive! Aw, nah. They just expend themselves worthlessly on the wall and further drain his brain to the point that he's spasming out in the seat. He manages to avoid brain damage at least.

Lyra, being much more efficient, manages to remove the spike from Zoltar's eye and patch up his helmet, as well as make sure Bart's numerous wounds are well taken care of!

The blimp fires another round of spikes!

TEAM C

((@PW: I meant that I should had gone two southeast instead of going two south the turn before the last turn, but it's OK, it's not that important right now anyway. It's not like I can change anything. Just wanted to know. Thank you for your response.))

Flint was starting to pant. The battlesuit might have been able to enhance his strength, but all the effort of moving quickly, the fear, the constant need to do everything and be wary for anything, it was getting to him.
Just a bit longer damn you. Just a bit longer. Hold on just a bit longer.
Private channel to Steve (use text message if he's too far away to receive voice properly): "Hey Steve. How you doing? Everything OK up there?

Listen, I've got the brain thingy we're divining for. Just a few questions, if you have the answers for them. Your safest rough estimates will do, I don't need exact numbers.

How deep is it?
How wide is it? How do I know not to accidentally cut into it while digging?
How long until the shuttle gets here?
And what do we do when we find it, how do we dig it out? Is there anything else we should do to secure it? Any procedure we should follow? Or just do what seems best?"

I keep the comm channel open as a wait for Steve's reply and keep running towards wherever the nerves are going. Just use my cameyes to look at what's in front of me and focus on running.

Before I start running, try to duct tape my trusty automapping drone on my back to act as a rearview mirror. And launch another one to scout the area around and ahead of me for good measure.

((Got to compensate for not having Lyra to watch my back...))

Edit: In case it isn't obvious, I stop if I spot the brain.

You set up your "rear view" and keep following the nerves. They come together and burrow into the ground 2 spaces from where you are (on that lighter spot). There's no sign of the brain.

>Don't know.
>It shouldn't be huge. Maybe about the size of a man or a bit bigger.
>You have to get it first, but after you get it, we can have one there pretty damn fast.
>Cut it free. It should have a nerve "Base", like a bundle of roots. Cut there. Leave the thing itself intact.

"Hehe. One last question." Flint said between pants, smiling slightly now that his target was in sight.
Not over yet.
"Does it look like a bitch?" he asked Steve, not really expecting an answer as he prepared his weapons, one hand holding the shiny dark rod that was the Rainbow Cannon, unfolding and changing into one of its many brightly glowing shapes, while the other held his mining laser, wires still dangling from it like they did on his first mission.
"Because Imma try and fuck it like a bitch."
Serves it right for what it did.

Keep running towards the brain. Once I'm close enough to make the shot, fire!

Edit: There's no reason to be shocked (pun not intended). I'm just running towards the brain with my weapons ready (which is reasonable when I'm so close to the objective, since the enemy is bound to try and defend it) and feeling really angry and scared (which all things considered is a natural response to being attacked by a frigging planet). So Steve should not be able to determine my exact intentions based on my biometrics. If I get shocked regardless, try to resist and keep going. If Steve doesn't say anything, then Flint is going to assume that the Haebi have somehow hacked into his shock implant.

Y. Vetrov - Team United

- We're at team B positions, we're landing to get Konrad some help. We're attacked from above, try to hide behind me or get cover.

Land. Get Konrad to Lyra's attention. Cover people with my hulking self if needed. Then get rolling.

"Gah... My head..."

I would say "drive after Flint" again but I'm probably not in shape for that. Let someone else drive and rest my brain.
If there's no one capable or willing then drive myself... Carefully.

"Steve, what's Flint doing? Has he found the nerve cluster, yet?"
Order Steve to shock Flint if he tells me what Flint is trying to do.

When Yaroslav lands, spend as little time in contact with the ground as possible. Climb onto/into Team B's jeep.

Nudge incoming spikes away from Team A+B with Mass Manipulation Amplifier. Don't try an expensive forcefield barrier that also blocks outgoing fire.

"Yaroslav, get in the driver's seat. Ulrich doesn't look like he can drive, at the moment."
((Of the remaining uninjured people, Ulrich and Yaroslav are the only ones with an Auxiliary bonus.))

((That's why I'm asking Steve, first. I'm justifying it IC as Hasala checking up on him, since he hasn't heard from him in a bit.

As for the rain of death, I'm assuming it takes a little bit for each volley to arrive, and it only fired again when it saw the first volley failed, so.))

"Brothers, it appears my shot was blocked!"

Move out with team, and avoid spikes.  If team isn't moving (pretty sure it is), fire with Raduga at the blimp.
