Do alliteration turns count if they were made before the challenge actually became a thing?

You are out of mana, and it probably isn't a good idea to waste another 100 pounds of fat to rectify that without approval from the voices in your head.

You learn Allure of the Grave, a Spell which cannibalizes an undead that is either yours or weakened, and grants you it's power and powers for several Days.

"Well I, for one, want a pet bird, and those lions as well..."  You mention to yourself... thinking of what you could offer for them.

You don't really have time to craft the expensive statuette, considering these beings likely have places to go.

The green amber is a substance produced by merchant beetles, it contains nutrients, and is very hard, but can be boiled to soften it, It's main purpose is as a glue, holding together balls of eggs, Treasure and other nesting materials to sustain the larva.

The leaves are a cultivated Subspecies of Basil a normally mild medicinal herb, it has been grown and chosen for large, and particularly potent varieties, it can speed healing globally when eaten raw, or refined into other oral medicines.

The Jelly Liquids are as follows

Blue, a magical substance, similar to gelatin, it is highly receptive in a number of ways.

Green, Similar to blue, this slime is thinner, and organic in nature. It holds a number of alchemical reactions both related to, and unrelated to Healing and regeneration.

Yellow, This liquid is electrically charged, and can easily shock the unprepared. It holds a number of alchemical reactions both related to, and unrelated to Electricity.

Red, This gelly product is scalding hot, and will continue to be for a great while, it ignites when disturbed. It holds a number of alchemical reactions both related to, and unrelated to Fire

Cyan, despite it's freezing temperatures, it remains a soft geletlin. It holds a number of alchemical reactions both related to, and unrelated to Cold.

You gather up some armor plating from the dwarven mechs, and lay it out, several of the Merchant beetles scurry over it, Before going over to the wagon and raging out a satchel of Small human coins.

For one set of Mech plating, they lay out, and offer about 30 of the 100 gold coins.

You Grab a gold bar and lay it out, pointing to the Centepedes, the trade is enacted, and you now hold a Jar filled with the things.

Wailascopography says that this is a Wugong jar, as more centipedes are introduced, eventually one remains, and by feasting on the others, it's venom becomes increasingly powerful.

This one has about a week's worth of "food".

Do alliteration turns count if they were made before the challenge actually became a thing?

They do, sure.

The giant black blot begins it's black magic

Well, I doubt it counts, but asking won't hurt.

((I am scanning the thread for alliteration turns, and will edit whatever I find into this post.))

Found one!

We should make one centipede gigantic (small house) and make it capable of digging underground. We could have it eat the stone and ores and refine them during digestion then returning to the surface to "deposit" the resources. We gain a self sustained, Automatic, Awesome resource harvester and metal devouring battle unit.
How should it self sustain at such a size though? Maybe converting regular stone into mana? Or maybe it digs deep below into the magma and gain energy from the heat?
Maybe turn it into a part fire/earth Elemental? hmm, Choices Choices.

Tl:DR: Enormous centipede Resource harvester/processor.
Why? Because its awesome, What other reason should we need.

Instead of destroying the pen, fuse a skeleton and an Identify scroll and sacrifice that.

I alredy have plans for the centipede, combining it with a cloned *dragon* and living in it as the new cart.

Instead of destroying the pen, fuse a skeleton and an Identify scroll and sacrifice that.
Point, let's do that instead.

Would that not be a waste of something that is primarily poisonous? Why not transmute it into a perpetual poisonous-dart caster and mount it upon a hexapedal ambulatory mechanism for the purposes of projected menace?

well, it's not a waste since I'll be cloning it and merging the DNA, but we still need to extract it's DNA, and test we did it right, *before* we mess with it. And for that we need some equipment we don't have ye.

1 tiny coin per metal essence.
1 small coin per Sustained Great Shield
A tiny tiny 1 pound grain of Dwarven alloy is responded to with 2 Small human coins.
5 Small Human coins for the Small Green Scale
10 Small human coins for a portion of Dark dragon Hide.
1 Large Human coin for a 10 pound Bar of Raritanium
1 Large Human Coin for A Topaz Geode
4 Small human Coins and 3 Tiny ones for a Sustained Sustained Living.

The Merchant beetles Scurry around the Fruity Staff For minutes examining it, before pausing an equally long time.

They return with 2 Large Human Coins

The mouthball is examined, but refused. Looking at the cages they scurry over to, you see their point.

3 Small Human coins per scroll if your math is right on the pile they give in return for your pile.

1 Tiny Coin for the Shimmering Scale

5 Large human Coins for the Machined Platinum Statuette

10 large, 8 Small, and 1 Tiny Human Coins for the Skullsteel Pocketwatch.

A quick run to your base and you dump some fat in the mana engine for experementation.

you fuse a skeleton with an Identification scroll and get a Bone pole, Wscope Says it functions exactly like an Identification scroll, carving The words into it's sides.

You animate and absorb this, Thrusting your hand into it, and shattering the bone pillar, it's shards are driven into your skin and seamlessly integrated, You gain it's power for 4 days. You can now record Information, carving it into your bones at will.

Running back outside, the caravan is packing up, you probably should get your trading out of the way before you start on any more experiments.

They begrudgingly Reopen trade.

You have never Crafted Caliber, you don't Know Why, considering it's laughably cheap price.

Pocket watch, statue and old scrolls.

obtain one batch of the healing basil and two of each potion with the exceptions of the red one, from which we will only take one and the cheapest one from which we will take 6 more, unless it is the red one, in which case we will take the second cheapest one the additional times.
((plan: experiment on fusions with the cheaper ones, then repeat useful combinations with the more expensive ones. we already have a great fire reagent.))

* 2 merchant beetle shells

Wait, aren't those shells supposed to be nigh-invulnerable? Why are we only buying two, and why do they have such low priority?

After we finish trading, follow the caliber crafting instructions using a newly shaped, clear steel sword, a piece of psychocite, and a demand for magical power.
