Lyrian
Your government begins mobilization. Do know that this action is the first truly unpopular thing the government has done all throughout the game. People don't like being forced to die for their country.
You have requested a design for an aero-plane, but instead received the designs for big blimps, filled with large grenades. Congratulations, you now have the first bomber of this game. Trust me, it sucks. Your airship is pretty much the Hindenburg, ready to pop at any moment.
You have designed a ship with some light Gatling guns (yeah, I'll give everyone the generic technology at this point), and light direct fire cannons. 2 light cannons and 2 gatling guns. You have ten of these light gun boats. They run on much more readily available steam.

New technology in explosives has allowed you to create a weapon that is detonated by a match that when triggered creates a spark that burns the fuse until explosion. The resurgence of this weapon will be useful in close quarters combat. Not so much from far away, unless you create a launcher for these grenades.
An attempt to get rid of much of the weight of the Machine Gun has been successful, the caliber has been lowered, making ammunition lighter, and allowing the barrel to have a smaller diameter. The stand for the gun has been dropped, forcing the gunner to fire prone. The multiple barrels have been dropped. It has been proven that it is possible for the gun to power itself by using the counter force of the bullet's recoil to open the slot with which the bullet loads into. Being that the coolant was an unnecessary weight so the gun-makers stripped it off. It can't go for very long without overheating, and within 10 seconds of fire, it needs to cool off. Worse in a hotter environment.
Nev is getting you oil now, but it is unrefined oil.
The Low Countries
Production of a dreadnought began. Some design flukes have delayed completion until next year, but after that, you'll be able to produce about 1 a year. It uses imported German medium cannons. Really, I would have simply designed them myself. Oh, and you'll get 2 Predators this turn. So that means 5+2=7, with 1/2 Dreadnought.
Congratulations, you have developed an actually okay submarine. It is unarmed, but works for a pretty good while. It could probably get down to the tip of South America and back.
Yeah, the Mocorians are more chill than their Fgerbian counterparts. Fgerbia has a history with imperialistic nations, being neighbors of Nev. They accept your aid and give you free naval bases.
Nev
(Well what do you expect? You spend one (1) action mobilizing the military, then declare war and expect to win with minimal commitment?)
Construction of oil derricks is quite successful, while there are some spots in the north, those are saved until latter. You use the ones in the South, at the cost of some farming. Make your farming situation better.
A road system is created to begin to bring the East into the fold, but it would make more sense to use railroads. These are dirt roads, but with persistence, it'll become a busy highway mass transportation system.
A new form of artillery is produced, able to fire large distances. It is huge, with calibers of bullets inches long. The current caliber is 5 inches, but this can be increased or decreased at will. Mass production will lead to the deployment of a good amount of them, probably enough to meet the demands of the war.
Scandinavia
A war academy is created in the capital. It leads to the creation of a new form of rifle, one that carries more than one bullet in it at a time.
Engineers discuss the use of Fortifications, and you now have some Fortifications Experts.
Your generals have now come up with the idea of a static war, one that is based upon superior fire power to destroy the enemy without harm to their own troops. Quite like the war that is being fought, a war of attrition, however, there would be a much greater focus upon artillery. Attacks to destroy the enemy would be used, instead of attacks to grab land. Casualties would be MUCH higher, but so would kills.
Rordalia
A high powered rifle is created to be able to kill accurately from farther. Units equipped with this rifle see it as being useless without some method of seeing farther though.
You get the sub too. Rordalia decided to add on the under water explosive, but I must repeat that the sub is otherwise unarmed.
You again underestimate the resolve of those Francians. You instead make them VERY VERY MAD. They've declared war. Have fun with this war. It'll showcase Naval Combat.
POLISH WAR
Russia entrenches, and a good amount of polish troops are moved north, against Scandinavia.
The Scandinavians continue to fight against Poland, but there is a big counter offensive.
Large amounts of men die on each side, and the Scandinavians are on the defensive now. A lot of stuff happens that you don't see.
