Iton prepares for an attack with spear in his left hand and tire iron in his right (IRL- I can use melee weapons in either hand but left is a tad clumsier that right but spears aren't too hard to use so shouldn't be any penalty for using it in the other hand)

(Spear might be better used with both hands and a solid stance. Though you could still hold the tire iron while doing so by clasping it against the haft of the spear.)
