No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

Is there a way to make roundabouts manually? I try to make them with one-way roads, but it still places in stoplights.
Far as I can tell, if you make them out of highway (or ramps) they won't get stoplights.

More generally, two-lane roads, highways and outgoing one-way roads don't create traffic lights.

Did that evolve gradually or did they show up at once?

Not sure, I didn't notice it until it that screenshot.  Seems like it's been gradual as it's currently moving very slowly - new ships are adding to it roughly as fast as they exit the map.

Does placing more docks help the problem?

...Why is everyone's pollution that horrid purple colour? In my game it's a brownish grey, as you can see near the top left:

Also, yeah. Game is way too easy. Getting money is just a matter of waiting, and getting people is just a matter of zoning. I got a few million by creating a small town of 20000 then leaving the game while I ran some errands. Came back and built most of what you see in that picture.

I think your graphics settings are too low?

Me? I've got everything on high/very high, so I don't think that's the issue.
