((Shouldn't I have got a butterfly for the 4 I rolled, or did you limit it to one at a time?))

Use radio communicator: "Guys, Harry here. Life support is working fine, reporting that."

Go clean up my room of the cryo-goop.

((Oh yes, I will grant you one butterfly.))

Dear god am I posting to watch, any RTD that can keep me enthraled through just the intro is something I'm going to love.
I'll put up a character sheet once I understand everything.

Vex speaks into the radio
"GUYS, we found the other crew mate, and don't worry he is long gone, look like suicide to me. These feeble-minded bastard must not be able to handle the loneliness of space."
Vex then head to the Navigation computer, then he notice that is broken(I hope)"Also guys our NAV Comp is broke, so do one of you mind bringing spare tool and parts up to (Vex describe the way to the bridge)"

Roll 4 - Bureaucratic Inefficiency

As actual people enter the room, the dashboard springs to life, showing a map of the habitable sections of the ship ((in the form of a crude drawing)):
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Check if there is a bullet hole in the guy's head. Examine his uniform. Try to fix computer, plug wires back in, whatever I need to do. Also, pick up revolver just in case.

While the dashboard works, this particular console stays black. [Fix computer: 3] Hesitant to make any real changes, you reshuffle the cables around, hoping that the problem was only a stray cable not in the right spot. However, knowing that a man killed himself over it, it is most likely some actual damage.

After everything is plugged in again and free of dust, the computer still does not respond to the power button.

"...Alright, let's check the next room. ...Carefully now..."
Carefully and politely, Zaynab moves past the drumstick to see if the life in the room is that of her known crewmates, the captain, or... Someone else.

You open the door just a pinch to see what's on the other side. Seeing that the rest of the six are there, you knock before entering, and then come in to find a mostly-decayed skeleton reclining in the captain's seat. That must be the source of the smell.

You notice Philbert working on the computer, and while critical of how fast he is working (he could cause more problems than he fixes), you come to the conclusion that the computer is now wired correctly, but some part does not work.

((Shouldn't I have got a butterfly for the 4 I rolled, or did you limit it to one at a time?))

Use radio communicator: "Guys, Harry here. Life support is working fine, reporting that."

Go clean up my room of the cryo-goop.

You walk back into the central hub [Observation: 4] and notice something that you hadn't seen before. A hatch, both in the ceiling, and on the floor. It looks big and heavy, with handles on both sides, but if you can find someone else you may be able to see what's on the next levels.

Inside your original cryo-chamber, you unpack some of the disinfecting wipes to find out that they have all dried out completely, making them more-or-less just paper towels. It's good enough to wipe off the cryo-goo, at least, although you probably want to clear out all the rooms before bacteria starts forming. Perhaps by some shenanigans with the life-support systems?

Continue the search! ((If there's no alcohol here I'll either need to make some or get to port))

[Find: 2-1+1] You stumble upon containers and containers of water and nutrient mix, but as for something actually potable, there is none. If the supply mix is all you have to eat, then suddenly the captain's suicide doesn't seem that unusual.

You take notice of the fact that the halls are now mostly quiet. Of course, that is because nobody walks when they can float, but the sound of doors squealing and slamming has ended.

"Hey, Vex, I fixed the wires, but something is still wrong. Do you have much experience with computer repair?" Leave to the Manufacturing Room.

Zaynab went into a serious grimace at the sight of the dead man.
"...oh, the captain is dead."

((This will totally set off the ignorance penalty for having no way of knowing of autoclaves, but an idea this crazy must not go to waste.))

Visit the atmospherics and heating control rooms, and yank air pressure and heating up to eleven in the cryo-rooms.

"People, word of advice: do NOT try to enter your cryo rooms for a while, doing so WILL kill you."

((I had a terrible idea and wrote it out before realizing how terrible it was. I'll just strike it through so you can laugh at me. I'll post an actual action later on.))

"How? How did he die? Did he just fall asleep and never wake up? Seems unlikely..."

Investigate the death. Find what clues I can as to the death of the captain. Autopsy report squad, GOOOOOO!

((It would have been perfectly sensible to merely evacuate the room so that all lose matter coagulates on the air filters, and all the bacteria die.))

"Oh, who might that be?" Katelyn whispered to herself.
I have a feeling this isn't gonna turn out well.

Investigate the room and check who might be in there.

((You may assume you followed Zaynab, and now see the skeleton.))
