I'm assuming we were hired by the new colony authorities, and they would own military bases with defences and hangars, so I imagine they'd billet any hired troops there.
Yeah, this is basically just the colonial government telling Earth where they can stick it.

Appearance: A tall, old man with graying hair. His healthier than most people his age, but his isn't as strong looking as younger folks.
Biography: He was part of the military before they started to send FTL ships to the stars, but he was more than happy to join the fleets so he could see this marvel of technology in action. Before taking to the stars he was part of the Air Force, so flying wasn't a brand new concept to him, but flying star ships was still a new experience to him.

Also, X in the MLRS thing is for it's weapon trait (That being rockets), whereas the B+S is for it's ammo. I also rolled for my smoothbore missile launcher as bombardment ammo, and as a rocket weapon (Since cannon and standard ammo doesn't really work for a missile >.>; )

There's an OOC thread for a  reason. And no, the drone doesn't get replaced, and neither is ammunition, at the moment. Once the base is expanded, or you switch bases, or whatever, then those things will happen.
