Two ideas for specialization:

> Skill: Node transmutation. (Stuff like aiding several nodes into a stronger or composite one, or changing one kind off node into a related one. Main purpose is to expand our range of renewable nodes)
...Or...
> Specialization in node fabrication, especially towards more versatility and control.

> Infuse the other swordchucks similarly. Not necessarily all at once, just whenever we have time and mana for it.

> Just make a shadowmancy wheel, infused with reinforcing nodes. A lso add reinforcing nodes to th other wheels and other load bearing parts to prevent it happening again. And add inverted earth nodes to the heavier parts and illusion-based camouflage to the outside while at it. Also see what happens if we infuse it with a bunch of weak life+mana absorption nodes everywhere, and some time magic aimed to making travel faster,

You enhance everything and replace the wagon wheel.  The mana inside the vehicle appears to be very rich, while the outside is significantly lower.

In your training you have an idea on how to enhance your node manipulation and fabrication. Meditative state, By shutting yourself off from the outside world, you can create and manipulate nodes in a much more efficient manner, at the cost of it soaking up a full turn to start and stop it.

You begin traveling again. The sand takes on more and more of a silvery tint, before fading to a dark blue.

A series of towns lie in the distance.

Your light buzz fades.

What now?

> Kirek: rest and recuperate

> Nahme: brew a tea with life nodes and a pinch of alcahest, potion ration, and necromantic nodes. Basicaly trying for a cheaper and/or more powerfull base for potions

> Quidives: Prew a potion form above base tea and manna nodes form yourself. Give it to kirek.

Onward Average Joe! Ride us to freedom!

Also... If there is any standard illusion tea left, use it on Joe. Perhaps we can create the illusion of him actually being interesting, and not the soulless monster he is now.

Quidives takes a swig of her flask, and Her revealed state fades.

Evimeria changes back to her normal color.

You begin to rest after infusing a new batch of tea made by Nahme with life and necromantic nodes, your necromantic chunk is now tapped out, and will have to regenerate before it can produce more nodes.

Sadly there is no more illusion tea.

Quidives brews a potion using some tea and some mana, which you then drink. Tastes awful, but increases mana regen some.

Using your new-found regen, you start charging the wand.

You finally make it to the town gates, a loud crash sounds out, and once the dust clears you see a gold steaming rock between you all and the gates.

So the base should be enough for... 6 potions, with a little bit over. And each regen lasts for 3 turns, with quite a lot of potency. And didn't seem to deplete Quidives mana nearly as much...  JACKPOT!
> MAKING A NOTE HERE: HUGE SUCCESS!
> Mass production! Make another larger batch, splitting it up into 3 identical potions and 6 half sized ones.
> Evimera, Richard, and Kirek should carry these potions on them so they can swig them in combat.

> The necromantic chunk has been doing good work. Pet it and see if it want's mana or any of our renewable nodes as a treat.

> Shout and ask if the guards or whoever is nearby knows what that is and if it's an unusual occurrence?

> Scan the weird object for magic.

Before you can do much of anything, the rock flashes brightly, you do manage to scan it, and it registers as nothing but divine energy.

Well crap it's The Angles.

"Divine constructs made of golden shapes to serve the whims of gods, these guys are tough, and unfortunately for us, this batch serves Death."

You start quick-casting before the fight starts, brewing up 6 mana-regen potions with Quidives, you mark three of them for a half serving.

You pat the chunk quickly, dodging a spell from the floating one and yelling to the guards, you only hear snores in response.

"Figures, Death holds major sway in the circle of sleep. HEY!" Evimeria is cut off as she is nearly cut off by the sword wielding one.

What now?

((they were asleep?)) If the pirates had been asleep, they sure aren't now, ready and itching for a fight that they sniffed out, they stand at the front lines.

Quidives casts illusion powder over them all, making them look like a series of brooms.

You hold up the conspicuous stick and begin to diplomance.

"Come on now, surely we can talk this out like reasonable beings right?"

You don't THINK you heard anything. "We were sent and designated to destroy an adventuring party, in possession of necromantic books and materials, forbidden node manipulation without a license, and unauthorized use of an avatar-state. the sentence for these is oblivion. We were authorized by the order of godly beings and attuned to Death for the purpose of carrying out judgement, speak and act now in your defense, if proven innocent, during this or future battles. Combat will cease."

A magic spell begins forming near the floating symbols, while the grounded one's sword lights up in energetic fire, prepared to jump at you in a moments notice.

The pirates tense, ready to counter attack if given the opportunity.

Evimeria uses steal, but is unsuccessful.

"In order for me to imitate something, there has to be sufficient movement, as a catalist. This warrior has not moved at all, aside from his sword becoming alight."

Kirek, demand that they immediately attune themselves to Diplomacy Mode!

As for whoever has the Wand of Pew Pew... Shoot at that Sigil!

Having figured out their speech, you mentally translate it for whatever reason.

"I demand that you attune your self to diplomacy immediately!"

"Your request will be processed and considered in 2-3 business days. It says as it blasts you with a torrent of flame, burning you slightly,

You begin to feel tired.

Joe calmly takes out the Wand of pew pew and blasts the emblem, getting a lucky shot right in the iris.

The spell disintegrates, causing backlash on the caster!

Your mana potion ends with a bang, giving you burst regen for a split second as it fades.
