Kaos, Yoink, did you want to customize your soldier looks any further?

     Leave her as is until she gets promoted, then I'll do something.

     Edit: Also, we need to research Experimental Warfare soon, we will then get access to the Foundry, which gets us all the cool toys, (eg: Tactical Rigging).  Possibly after a few autopsies, but the Foundry takes a while to build, so sooner rather than later.

NOOOO!! I'M NOT THE HIGHEST RANK ANYMORE!
So far I think I have the best squad lead record. No teammate deaths IIRC.

With the extra cash we should get another set of armor or two.

Doc Krauss... Has a nice ring to it. :P

Not sure whether to invest in more smokes or the ability to shoot anything that shoots at the team. What do my teammates suggest?

I think shooting first would be great, and I don't think we've every really had a need for two smokescreens in a single mission.

Maybe there is a typo, and I am actually a Piper from the Xcom band instead of a sniper...
The odds of me actually critting anything seem sufficiently remote that Disabling Shot wins. I could see the critical damage being invaluable if it was stacked with a mess of other stuff, while disabling is just its own thing, but really, disabling is more in-character anyway, so lock that in...

Alright. I'll just go with preemptive shooting. The more enemies that can be shot the moment they get out over cover to shoot us the better.

Yeah, I'm fond of covering fire. Mostly because it solves the problem of the AI carefully walking just into range when you're on overwatch and opening fire without your guys getting to do anything. It's what took Kaos I out on her first mission, despite her being on overwatch waiting for the sectoid.

-- COMMANDER: Launch interceptors! Whatever they're up to, I want it stopped!


-- Bradford: Interceptor out!


Interceptor: Alien craft is down, sir. We sustained fairly heavy damage, but mission is accomplished.

-- Bradford: Roger that. Good work up there!
Interceptor: Returning to base.


-- COMMANDER: Bradford, get the troops ready. We're going to have to secure that craft before the aliens have a chance to recover it.


So...Our blue Irish girl wants to go. Who else should we send? Centurion and Fish are still in Sick Bay (hasn't even been a day, yet), that just leaves Sparrow, Everking, and Farraige as non-rookies. And Everking hasn't picked his next skill yet.

Also, I made some more armor for the troops, so everyone will have at least Carapace armor for this mission.

Remember, if you have a specific Carapace look you want let me know. Otherwise I'll just pick something for you.
