I was planning on adding a bullet-proof vest, that would stop the first shot to hit you (excluding headshots, which pretty much just give the middle finger to any special ability you might have.)
Even to the limbs?
Well, after the match, I'm changing "armshots" and "legshots" to just "wounding shots" that don't give any penalties.
This is for two reasons:
1: It's less work for me.
2: A penalty to shooting someone makes people die less, and it draws the game out.

The way a bullet-proof vest would work is that it will negate 1 wounding shot, or reduce a kill shot to just a wounding shot, whichever comes first.

Also, mastha, you should also add a helmet, you can buy it with the vest and it deflects one 6 shot.
On one hand, it'd be cool to have, and useful. On the other hand, it doesn't fit the setting, and (the main reason) I like the concept of head shots being a huge "screw you!" and inta-killing people regardless of how well they built their characters. Because, in real life, getting shot in the head is, you know, fatal and stuff.

Gold takes carful aim at the person aiming back. (6) and (6)! They pull their triggers simultaneously, and blast each other in the head!
As his comrade goes down, Artemis works quickly to unjam his new gun as (4) he feels a bullet enter his shoulder from Krath!
Chink takes a deep breath, mentally preparing himself as he hears the commotion start to die down.

Nudge open the door and use TCM's gun to shoot Krath, then shut it again and rest safely outside.

It actually does provide the BBCode, but mainly it's because it's what I'm used to, and because imgur is freaking annoying to me for some reason.
