shop suggestion! Gun obsessive: jams don't take up a turn clearing, or Bear fist fighter! You can kill with close up brawling!
Guns:

Handgun! 10 shots, no chance of jamming, but 1 2 and 3 are all misses, 4 and 5 are leg and arm shots, and only a six is a headshot!

Hats with magic power will be in a different game than this one.

Gun obsessive: Sounds cool, would rather it reduce jamming chance by one, as one of the powerful weapons are balanced by a higher jam chance
Bear fist fighter: Also sounds cool, had the concept of a perk that gives you a knife that would be similar, but it would be cool to not be able to be disarmed.

Pistol: It doesn't really follow the way the damage system of the game works, but it would be trivial to mod it to do so. So maybe.

A generic toughness perk could be added, but that would be generic. And possibly overpowered.
Maybe a perk that makes you really slow, but really strong?

I was planning on adding a bullet-proof vest, that would stop the first shot to hit you (excluding headshots, which pretty much just give the middle finger to any special ability you might have.)

Welcome to Six-Shooter! You can read the rules in the spoiler above, and I'll be using this post to list the Shop.
Also, Elephant Parade is assembling an Archive of this game, as to exactly why I am unsure.

Because this is probably eventually going to end up with 150 pages of derails and a ton of updates, and people may wish to read through only the updates. Anything else you think I should archive?

I've kinda wanted to do a game like that for a long time. Silly past me was hung up on trying to think about nonsense like exposition and story though. Heh. I have the basic system set up kinda but its probably different from what most people would do. PM me if you feel like messing about with rules and such.

(Also I'd probably accept a joint win, but hey.)

Edit: Looked back to find my old post on the concept and it was December 19 2012 when I ended up posting it. Heh. I guarantee I was working on it with a friend at least a month or two before that. Geez. All these reminders of old stuff I used to work on lately.

Everyone knows its a bulnetic bulletproof vest, that doesn't make any sense from the fact that bullets go incredibly fast, but at this point you could just call it 'temporary plot armour'

Also, mastha, you should also add a helmet, you can buy it with the vest and it deflects one 6 shot.
