The Tank fought against its growing lethargy as best it could but eventually its attacks slowed and grew less accurate. It began lashing out against walls and doors instead of Mark. It sank to its knees as it reached out for Ugly Jim. Mere inches away its arm fell to the ground as the behemoth gave one last growl of anger before it fell to the ground. Still alive, unable to move.

“Holy fuck…” Mark groaned as the creature sighed and ceased breathing forevermore “Do you think there are more of thos?”

“I don’t think so kid. Are you okay?”

“Yeah… Yeah, just go help Damon. He’s probably nearly dead anyway.”

“Hey dumbass.” Clair said as she stood over Damon who was finally flirting with consciousness “You got your ass handed to you.”

“Oh shut up mom. I’ll be fine.”

“Whatever, let’s get you on your feet.” Clair replied as she began helping the dying teen to his feet.

“How do I look?”

“Worse than Jim.”

“Is he dead?”

“No but he’s prettier than you.”

“Haha you’re hilarious…”
