If you play Sarah Masen: No. She has a number of predetermined skills.
One of the random Teenagers:Maybe...
Plus if your a random teen, you'll have to wait 'till you loyalty gets high enough- which would be determined by a random roll-

And yes: I've suddenly allowed any players to a teen.
Sue me.

Most of these should be self explanatory.

Hacking: Able to hack into a number of systems and connections.
Charisma: You can speak real good, and convince people of anything.
Fighting: You know how to stay calm in a fight, although at this level, your experience consists mostly of fists fights and Paintball guns.
Medical: You know a bit about patching people up and what medicines do what.
Chemistry: You know how to mix chemicals to make other chemicals.
Tactics: You can analyze a situation to discover the best way to advance your plans.
Mechanics: You have basic knowledge of machinery and how to get it to work properly.
Piloting: You took a Naturally Skilled Piloting Test for a MHAG at one point and scored high.

I can't think of anything other skills a high school student would have.
