Tala clicked at Peryton and lightly bumped her side with her boots-back on the trail North. Maybe leaving the empty cave of likely dead men and woman behind had given her a case of disquiet. She had not often spent so much time without companions of any sort. Her family was large, noisy and boisterous-you could barely get a seconds piece. Something she scorned before, now but a few hours out, she was beginning to miss.

Peryton was always there to listen, anyway. Tala wondered if talking to your Horse was the first sign of trail dementia...

Her voice was light, airy and melodious-yet, with steel lining, resolute and commanding. It was said that the woman of Blackstone has such sweet voices as could ensnare a mans heart, or fell laughter that could terrify a legion of foes on the battlefield. A shame, no one was around to hear it. That she saw, anyway.

"Don't worry about me, girl. We'll probably see civilization soon...maybe find a river, travel downstream...we'll be all right."

She stroked her Horses mane. Tala had raised Peryton from a foal personally, learned to ride from her older sisters-though she wasn't the best of them, not by far. Tala just didn't have the kinesthetic sense to make a proper rider. She tried to make up for it with a degree of empathy-understanding her mounts feelings, concerns, and the sum of both their limits.

~~~~~~~~~~Tala~Blackstone~~~~~~~~~~
You travel to the North and up a hill, coming across a road running from the Southwest to the Northeast.
A)Follow the Road Northwards
B)Follow the Road Southwards (You'd imagine it'd lead to Manenneos.)
C)Travel to the North
D)Travel to the West
E)Travel to the East
F)Travel to the South
~~~~~~~~~~Ezriel~~~~~~~~~~

You examine the map. There are exactly 17 circles scattered around the edges of the Mountain Homes... You've never been to the Mountain Homes in person, so you're not sure what could possibly be at the circled locations.

A)Acquire The Traveler's Guide to: The Dwarvern Territories from the second floor. Return to fifth floor, and attempt to cross-reference book with map. If possible, pin-point the position of the tower as well.

Tala tapped her fingers on her saddle. She withdrew the book "Traveler's Guide to: The Eastern Territories" and began looking for a map...

G)Open the book and find out where I'm heading-assuming I am correct, in that I'm southwesterly from Mannennos. What's on the North road?

(That is the teal one. I could swear the one you listed just after the dark blue one was aquamarine - [9, 11])

This would be closer to Teal:

would be Cyan.

You take some time to look at the Traveler's Guide, and the Map, discovering that its the entrances leading into the city that are circled.

The location of your tower isn't shown within the map's borders, but you're somewhere to the West.

A)<Insert Action Here>

~~~~~~~~~~Tala~Blackstone~~~~~~~~~~
Using the small map within the Traveler's Guide, you find that the road to the North leads straight to the Border between Elven and Human Territories. However, there's also a fork in the road up ahead, and the other path leads to Engosul.
A)<Insert Action Here>
~~~~~~~~~~Caboose~~~~~~~~~~

You knock once more, but still, no one answers.

A)<Insert Action Here>
B)Nevermind

~~~~~~~~~~Cero~Undulai~~~~~~~~~~
You enter the cavern, entering a dark, winding tunnel. You have no torches or lanterns with you, which could be problematic...
A)<Insert Action Here>
B)Leave the Cavern
~~~~~~~~~~Caspa~Ithbicocu~~~~~~~~~~

The left Hallway seems to lead to the Dormitories, and you realize that this Wing must be structured exactly the same way as the Arcane Wing. If that's true, the Hall to the Right leads to the Library, but you haven't quite seen what's in the Hallway opposite the Stairs here, or in the Arcane Wing.
