101st metite, almost all the newbie missions have some DARK dark threat waiting with them. And some !!FUN!! sounds in order with our new loot!

Well, we do need more practice with managing larger numbers of troopers, so 101st metite sounds good. Plus it would also serve for us to learn some tips from the tech priests in our spare time, which can be pretty useful.

Also, mounted hive tyrant head ftw. I reckon it would look better directly behind the desk though.

I vote for the 101st Metite as well. Especially since based on our past experiences, the 'completely safe' archaeotech digs will no doubt introduce us to Eldar or something.

Apparently having a redundant creature entry causes the game to say, "Oh, look, it's crazy world now. Nothing makes sense! Alligators live in houses!"

Yay! Nothing like some nice shuriken catapults and soul-powered golems with warp energy guns for a good dose of ‼FUN‼.

I think Dawn of War II Retribution has the most Eldar-like Eldar. Two warbands are doing different things according to different prophecies, but they refuse to explain their goals or motives to each other and fight to the death. This results in an Exterminatus and millions of soulstones being destroyed, and then one warband chases down and kills the other Eldar survivors.

It seems so stupid, yet it's perfectly in-character.

yeah, 101st sounds interesting. The safer it's said to be, the more dangerous it is. Definitely.

Plus, the other regiment doesn't need a commissar.

There will surely be no bizarre adventures in this mission. It will be two months of sitting around camp dealing with petty larceny and insubordination while techpriests try to get you interested in how they found a STC for a new kind of pottery wheel.

The Eldar will show up, but after a half-hearted attempt to cause an Ork Waaagh! they'll get bored and leave you alone.

That's an interesting spin on reinventing the wheel, isn't it? :P

OF course, if said pottery wheel was computer-driven it would actually be pretty cool. If still somewhat useless.
