Depends weather I'm in Estonia or Tennessee and what the month is. Usually just some comfortable pants/undies and a T-shirt.

Maybe it's parasitic. It never loses its flavor because you eventually die from having your nutrients stolen by it.

If you go too far in non-lethal self-defence, the advise given to me is to claim they said they had a knife or gun.
It's pretty clearly stated in my local law that as long as they don't die or have any major bodily harm (e.g., 3rd degree burns and huge gashes), you will be fine.

Well, I tried the sleeping naked thing for a couple of nights on the advice of the thread. Sweet jegus, I haven't slept that well in years (Although, to be fair, I've had sleeping problems since the day I was born). I guess it's good advice after all.

You will never get me to sleep naked.
Never I say!
I can't sleep naked.
I can't handle it.

My back gets all itchy if I don't have a shirt on.

But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

Have you tried cleaning your sheets?

I usually wear some ratty ass shorts and t-shirts full of holes, almost all of which were my dad's old clothes. I rarely wake up with limbs asleep because I have the tendency to sit up in the middle of the night and twist around to the other side of the bed for no reason several times which usually shakes off any bunches in my clothes.

It's not my sheets. The same thing will happen if I'm just standing around shirtless, like at the beach or something.

No shirt just feels... unnatural to me.

Not everyone feels right dressed, or undressed in diffrent ways. I don't feel right if my shirt has buttons and I'm using them and I can't handle footwear and socks at all for one. Not to mention I feel utterly naked and helpless with nothing around my neck.

Well yes, but... Itchy? I have never known somebody to feel itchy from just not having a shirt on. Uncomfortable sure.

Well. It's probably psychosomatic. Much as someone with no allergy to it might feel itchy whenever they wear polyester. It's just something is or isn't their and their body is trying it's damnedest to tell you that.

That used to happen to me when I was 10 or so. Turns out, it was just slight air movements pushing the ends of my silently forming chest hair against my skin, making me itchy.

Perhaps kaijyuu is growing a symbiote?

While my brother was gone last weekend I tried the sleeping nude thing. It was quite comfortable, but unfortunately most of the time I share a room with him. That would get awkward.

I wear shorts to sleep (which is about the only time I'll wear them). If it gets too hot though I remove clothing and leave it nearby in case I need to get dressed. I also leave (what is probably) a button up shirt hanging so I don't freak out my family by walking around without a shirt. I also live in a basement so there are always socks around my bed, always. Though when I'm visiting others I sleep in my day clothes.

On bed-weaponry I've got a stainless steel ruler that slices unprotected flesh well, the bottom half of a cane (I used to have another cane suspended above my bed but it disappeared), a coal shovel near the furnace, fluorescent light-bulbs (I'd use 'em too), and some odds and ends I've learned to use with deadly efficiency (mops, spray cans, jars, clothes-hangers, etc). All of this would probably take me a few seconds to ready but if I had to defend myself the moment I wake up, I have sheets and blankets for a reason.
That said I'm not fond of the idea of having lethal weapons near where I sleep, as I have hallucinations while half asleep.

Hm, have you considered murder?  It's either that or letting it go.
