With enough of the roof tiles removed, the intruders jump down. The three have short sticks, which they use to probe the corridors in front of them. They split up. One heads downstairs, with the intent of opening the door to let the unwashed beggars in, the others search the top floor. Any servants they come up they try to quickly silence, through saps or simply tying them up.

Unfortunately... the barrier ward on the front door is two ways, and they can't manage to open it in any way without... well, breaking the damned thing. The Servants are quickly silenced On the top floor, they find a library, Talarion's study, and the servants quarters. And since it's, well, the middle of the day... the servants who aren't currently working are there. There are too many to silence all at once. They scream, and scatter. Some of them go down to the kitchen to get sharp implements to protect themselves, and some run away throughout the house. A number of them go to the study, knocking on the door of the Study, warning Advisor Talarion before they get silenced. He quickly reinforces the door to his study even more. The servants in the kitchen come out, with knives, and numbers.

(( You never specified at what time this happened, and since passerby's are... passing by, it's probably day time. :3. Note: There's like, 20-30 servants.))

[Patrol=4] The guards are about 5 minutes away.

The ones upstairs draw throwing knives, in an attempt to intimidate the servants.


And because every weapon has a non-lethal mode, they throw them in such a manner that the hilt will connect with the temple, trying to knock them out.


The downstairs chap turns to search the lower floors, after opening the strip and signalling the beggars. The beggars stop their antics, and move to the rear of the house, before climbing up and jumping in.
