The previous beggars shed their disguises, and climb up the ropes.

Upstairs: the now seven infiltrators split up and comb the upper floors for rugs, carpets, and other floor coverings. Those that aren't obviously mounted to the floor are collected. As they finish collecting the obvious rugs, they start setting fire to the house.

They then give a signal to the outdoors guy, who runs to the street, shouting "Fire!"

Due to the... Highly effective silence ward, Head Advisor Talarion is unaware of his house burning down. So he continues reading up on his magic. ))
