So-zar checked the sky.

If it's night...

"It's time. Let's go," he said, heading towards the village. When they got near, he called for a halt and sent the thieves forward to steal everything they could.

If it's not...

He took a deep drag from his cigarette and blew an unnaturally large, shapeless cloud of smoke out.

Roll to Doom, Turn 10: IronyOwl=Lenin? Also, Kaguro meets the guards.

Quote from: Tarran
Check out the village for guards of any kind. If none are around, find an isolated person.

[4]  There are ten village watchmen in the area.  Since it is just turning night, about 5 are on duty.

Quote from: adwarf
"Ok well since you decided to take hostages I want you all to go out, and recruit more men once we have around 30 - 40 we will begin a raid on the town now go on, and round up some soldiers. " said Hellbringer. As the men left the cave he turned to the prisoners, and said "Try anything funny, and I will kill you, and devour your soul, so that you may never find peace understood?" Hellbringer then began to watch over the prisoners.

[5] (lolwhut, you expect to recruit skilled soldiers) After a bit more searching your men manage to get together another 10.  As far as skilled soldiers go though, they are not.  [3] They don't try anything "funny" but you're getting pretty bored of just sitting in a cave.  What kind of demon sits in a cave for an entire day?

Quote from: KaguroDrave
Scream in rage and pull out the sword and just start slaughtering the guard, then devour as many innocent souls as I can.

[5] [3x2=6 damage] You get your sword out of the cane finally and slash the guard into two separate pieces. [5] You eat his soul, it is so satisfying.  Oh look, there's 5 more guards heading your way.

Quote from: Riccto
"Hide there and I Will signal you with three sharp whistles." Stand slightly out of the path and get ready to whistle when the caravan enters sight.

[5] You get into position when you see some light off in the distance.  It's slowly getting closer to you.  At a guess this is the dwarven caraven.  [2]  Apparently they're either really tired or carrying more than normal because it goes really slow.  At least your men are all in position and now you can unleash your true abilities.

Quote from: IronyOwl
Declare self ruler of village. See what village can produce of value.

[1] You declare yourself the ruler of the United Soviet Socialist Republic of Village#3, but nobody pays any attention to you, not even "King" John. [1] As far as you can tell they produce blocks.

Quote from: SeriousConcentrate
"It's time. Let's go," he said, heading towards the village. When they got near, he called for a halt and sent the thieves forward to steal everything they could.

[5] Your dog men and you silently sneak through the night and quietly surround the snake men. [4] You send 30 of your dog-men in.  They easily subdue the guards and bring out the real weapons that were supposed to be traded for the slaves. (Loot role:  [4]) Iron Spears and Shields with Hardened Leather Armor and Red Cloaks.  This is what you're talking about!

Enemy Actions

Guard 1:  [3] [6/2=3 damage]  You get hit with spear in your Lower Right Arm, it is lodged in the wound.

Guard 2:  [5] [3x2=6 damage]  You get hit with a spear in your Chest.

Guard 3:  [4] [1 damage]  You get hit with a spear in your Left third finger, the severed part goes flying off in an arc.

Guard 4:  [4] [5 damage]  You are hit with a spear in your lower Spine.

Guard 5:  [1]  The final guard misses, but only because you're little more than a pile of goo now.

Enemy Status

Guards 1-5:
Health:  4

Since everyone else gets low-level "magic" powers I've decide on a list of powers vampires get at night.

Blood Pool:  You turn into a moving pool of blood.  Immune to non-magic attacks.
Transfusion:  Sucks blood from a target from a moderate range.  25% chance to kill target.
Final Seconds:  Explodes target's heart.  Can only be used once per night.  Cannot be used on PC's or Undead.

All in addition to being Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger, than in the day.  (i.e. you can now lift up large boulders and other crazy stuff that the average person wouldn't be able to accomplish)

You forgot to add 10 followers, and I wasn't aiming for soldiers just followers who would be soldiers now I quess I will send the bandits out to scout for more followers while I train the none bandits in combat.

Train the Undead Followers in the ways of combat,a nd send the bandits out to recruit more followers for the war was soon to begin.

This is going to be a really bad fight, and I am going to end up losing horribly, or winning with only thre of my men left standing,a dn half the civilians dead.

Walk up to the highest ranking guard. Casually talk about bandits while secretly making it hard for him to find me suspicious at all.

The plan had so far went successfully. Now that the dog-men had iron round shields, one-handed spears, leather armor, and red cloaks, it was time to initiate the second part of the plan. "Kill them all, but spare the children and the elves. Those are mine," he said, blowing a smoke ring into the air. "Attack!"

The children are for brainwashing. It's much easier to manipulate young minds. >.> Elves are good food though.

Well. No matter, this place is a backwater anyway. And also I like blocks.

Recruit disgruntled laborers to my cause. Travel with minions to a better village.

Irony, would you prefer a larger town or another unnamed village?
