He'd hide in his room and put up a sign on the outside which reads "I'm currently away to create a legendary artifact. Will return shortly after." The liason would then leave unsatisfied.

WWUD if someone misread a work order and filled the space below the magma forge with the Magna Carta?

Swear, pick up the Magna Carta and head to a stockpile. On the way, he is interrupted by a bezerk cheese maker and drops it. The paper remains there until the baron notices it, reads it, and gets a political fey mood. Urist is enlisted in digging channels for a megaproject called the Magma Carta.

WWUD if a parliament was created?

WWUD if, whilst serving in the dwarven parliament, an elf special interest group offered him a billion gallons of sunshine booze in exchange for not cutting down any trees?

Craft enough assault rifles for an army, using a log of wood for every gun's butt. Then attack the elves, using the rifles as clubs. Elves are weak enough to be killed without guns.
