As there are a couple of us playing now, I was thinking it'd be fun to fleet up and do something together. Mission running, low-sec roam, ninja-salvaging, or even mining if there are enough people who're interested.

Post here if there's interest and we'll work out the logistics and what to do/time to do it from there. I know many of us are spread out a bit, so expect to have to make a couple of jumps before we can all meet up, but in the mean time, I'll likely be running some missions later tonight or tomorrow in the Kor-Azor region, likely near to Ordion. If anyone'd like to join just give me a nudge :)

I only have Corax for mission running and Venture for mining, but yeah I am up for it. I will consolidate assets so I can move around easier.

Firstly, gotta share these if some of you don't read Cracked religiously. Every article about video game dickhattery includes at least one entry on EVE. They're what got me interested in long-term EVEing.

Wait, did I post these already? Maybe, I dunno. Whatever. Here they are again if that's the case!

Also, you'll see me flying around as Morgan Pauperman, usually in my Mr. Crimbomination or, soon, my Disco Bandit. I'm Caldari, also.

I would be interested on putting up Bay12 corp if we get enough people joining in.
I can provide allso some funding to start on.
Main problems would be:
1. What faction space would we be based on?
2. Who would have the knowledge to run/maintain corp in EVE?
3. Set goals for corp future development?
4. Allow non Bay12 join corp or not?

1) We should do it where most of the people interested could easily get to next time they're on, I guess. Right now I think I'm at Jita, or going to be going there to make some bank.

2) That I don't know. I'm on my second paid month, and I haven't delved into corporations at all. I am interested in learning, however, so if someone does have the necessary skills, I'd very much like to pick your brain.

3) By goals do you mean what our Corp is going to be focusing on? What's in high demand? Mercenaries? I would like to see B12 become super elite at something.

4) I'd say they'd need a referral, make it semi-exclusive.

I've run a few corps my current one for a few years, and been a director in far more (including a stint in a merc corp). But I'd rather keep things chill for the time being, let's not get bogged down with who, what, where, and why until we have a better handle on who's actually involved :)

Though I would say that although I know there are two of us around who are CEOs right now, I'd actually suggest we set up a new corp. Something uniquely Bay12, rather than simply pull everyone into an already existing entity. My corp has history, it's been in several wars, and so there's a bit of baggage (both good and bad), you know? But I can just transfer control to one of my alts, or hand the reigns to one of my directors. My diplomatic skills are pretty high, as my corp's been home to quite a diverse lot lol, and due to living out of POS while operating in wormholes, my anchoring skills are pretty good too. Speaking about POS, I've got significant standing with Amarr, enough that setting up a POS in High-sec would be fine.

But right now, myself and Spraypaint Junkie and Erisu will be based out of Ordion in Kor-Azor(Amarr Empire space) (Erisu shall be joining us midweek), a good spread of mission agents here, as well as fantastic mining and easy access to low-sec for the more adventurous. I'm happy to extend the same offer to others as I have to Erisu, if you have a few ships and other odds and ends and you're worried about carting it all down here, I can come help with that. So assuming it's only a few frigates/destroyers you will likely only have to bring whatever ship you're currently flying. Amarr's not far away though, so if there are things you just want to sell and then buy again when you arrive, that's also an option :)

Funnily enough, Ordion's where I live as well. I'm out in caldari space a lot atm, though, as my Corp's just signed up for Faction Warfare, so I may not be around very often. I'd definitely be up for some missioning, though.

I would be interested on putting up Bay12 corp if we get enough people joining in.

I reactivated last night and I have an established corp I'd like to volunteer for our use. Name is Fluffy Bunnies of Death, ticker symbol is [BUNY] which is kind of cool. It's a five year old corp and it's the one I was in when I was an active player.

Character's name is Lady Kaye and she has 2.3 million skillpoints invested in fleet skills, including a level 5 fleet shielding skill and can anchor structures. Her employment history is: starter npc corp...then [BUNY] for five years. There's a certain nostalgia there and it's tremendously rare to see a history like that, so I'm not going to be pulling her out.

Alternately...I notice that the old Bay12 corp, Hidden Fun Stuff, still exists. I sent the GM a message last night but looks like he's gone inactive. If we wanted, we could go through this thread to find out who he is, send him a message here and try to reactivate that corp.

Well...decided to check if my accounts are still about. Unfortunately I can seem to remember the password from my main account which had my main character, a miner/manufacturer/drone pilot with about approximately 50 million skill pts worth of different skills on him. My alternate account however I can still access if I ever choose to reactivate it but if I remember hes only a 10 mil sp mainly frigate specialist pilot. Considering how bad I was at the whole pvp counterpart, it would suck a bit.
