Unfortunately I can seem to remember the password from my main account which had my main character

Can't you recover password by email? I have never had this issue but now I am worried about having amnesia and forgetting the password to my three day old character.

I've tried to do that with all of my various accounts I've used over the years, but I can't remember any of the characters. I gave up after a while.

EDIT: I just tried to retrieve my password again and it seems I'm not receiving the email. I remember having this problem before and there seems to be no solution.

Yes, that's possible. Unfortunately for me that account was tied to an email address that was banned a few years ago. So I don't have my email address (doesn't exist anymore so cannot recover password) nor the password. While its actually still possible to even get access under that case. I can't fully recall all of the information needed, so its unlikely I would succeed

How many of you guys would be interested in helping with a Class 5 wormhole eviction?
I'm game. What do we need to bring to the table, and where? Send me the details ingame.

My ingame name is Smooth

Details are still murky on location - the eviction won't be until this coming weekend - but as for what to fly, we need armor ships, mainly. I will get you in contact with my CEO and he will make the call on how much information to send you.

Right, looks like a small group of us will be mounting up and riding out tomorrow and the day after for missions, mining, and general shenanigans (the best sort!) Consider this a formal invite to any and all space Dwarves who might enjoy joining us. We don't have a solid time set, just a nebulous *all day* sort of thing, people can come and go as time allows. We'll be sallying forth from Ordion, in the Kor-Azor Region, in Amarr Empire sovereignty. If anyone needs help moving assets, let me know in game or here and I'm sure we can work something out :)

I imagine the focus will be on some low level missions, though if there are enough of us we can bump up the difficulty a bit to make things fun by taking higher level missions. I intend to fly comparable class ships (so frigates/destroyers/cruisers) to what everyone else' flying. I think it's generally more fun if everyone's punching about the same weight as it lets everyone feel more involved, if someone shows up in their disco battleship, it can be a bit disheartening if the people in frigates can't even get to the enemies before they pop in the distance, lol.

Not sure if there's any plan to do a low-sec roam, but if there's enough people and interest I think that'd be great. Even if we do nothing more than some semi-organised fleet manoeuvres and just tour a bit of low-sec to get a feel for flying in a group. If we do find some action though, the potential for fun would be high :D Cheap, easily replaceable ships would be a must, for that sort of thing though, because wherever there's fun, there's !!FUN!! ;)

Aww, I'm based off in Galente space, and have rather bad Amarr relations to boot :/

Maybe I'll fly over there in a few crappy frigates, or just buy some on the spot. I've played for a while but have never participated in PvP, so maybe some lowsec roaming would be a nice change of pace. Or maybe I'll just stick to whatever you people do in highsec, because I dont like being podded and losing implants.

In any case, maybe the Bay12 people should join the old bay12 public chat channel, just so that bay12 around the universe can communicate easily.

EDIT: I believe the chat channel was called Bay12 Eve

we are mostly in that channel. :)

Also, in lowsec you usually get away with your pod, as there are no bubbles.

Bounties pay out now in small chunks relative to how much the killed person lost in ISK, so its never a net gain in ISK if you are exploiting the system. So if you pop him in a battleship you'd get a portion of the battleship's isk value from his bounty, but he lost a battleship. If you just pod him and he didn't lose anything, you get no bounty afaik

Id love to join, but since I am in the Minmatar Militia in Faction Warfare, I have poor standings with the Amarr at present.  I will try to drop by the channel though.  Good luck.

Experience is indeed the best teacher in a game as complex as EVE. Four days into the game and I lost a destroyer in a L2 mission after being webbed and jammed to death. I reacquired the destroyer and refitted it based on people's advises and reading guides. Now Suicidal Sushi is able to speed tank very well by constantly having its afterburner on (the cap will still regen faster) and I am pretty confident at taking any L2 missions now.

At this rate, I will upgrade to a cruiser by next week.  :D

Just a heads up. Flying a ship aint same as mastering it ;) but nonetheless cruisers are good to do L2 missions easy.
