The Fortress Colonist retreats into the room attached to the balcony and begins a mysterious construction!
The Grounded Colonist has started yelling his requiremnets at anyone that comes near.

The discovery of the frustrated Perkbreaker sped up proceedings immensely. While the Perks are not domesticated per se, they've at least given up trying to deny the Floatune Riders' commands, which is good enough for now. Their exoskeleton could be used as ok armor, or at the least a stronger tool material than tightened kelp bark.

First lair has a population explosion at this point do to the new food supplies.
Second lair sends out groups to try to capture the shelled beasts and tame them.
Third lair will gather more of the material, then experiment with it. Seeing how it reacts to heat and pressure ect.

The shelled beasts are found to be afraid of swarms, and are thus scared back to second lair except for a few who bolted the wrong ways.
Heat testing of the Deep Material is done with liberal application of Kriblit fire. the material melts after 2 full barrelfuls of it, but remains melded together and container-shaped after cooling, where it had started as multiple chunks. Pressure testing only results in 3 dozen bored Kriblits standing atop a large shell sitting on the Deep Material, and no change in the material aside from a slight tightening right at the start.

Plans are drawn up for a colony outside the car. Expeditions are sent out to locate more resources and animal types. The Peretics mine into the plastic parts of the car and carve them into decorations and trinkets.

Squads are sent out to the south, the west, and the northwest.

Half of First Lair leaves to colonize the sands outside of First Lair, instead of the traditional means of the Kriblits all living together in a grouping this will be a more spread out decentralized area so each Kriblit can be surrounded by the land they work. This new area shall be called First Provence, in the event of danger the Kriblits there shall retreat to First Lair.

Second Lair will start trying to train the beasts and domesticate them.

Third Lair shall experiment with using molds to pour the molten deep material in so it cools in the correct shape.

Research commences on biological warfare via The Caerri Contagion. The Colony Guards of "Those-who-fight" are sent out to retrieve some test subjects, thinking the nematocyst defenses good enough to keep the for awhile.

20 Kriblits take the remaining seeds and spread out across the sands surrounding the entrance to First Lair, and begin the construction of buildings that shall make up First Province, while The Domestication of the Shellbeasts is started at Second Lair.
Third Lair sends a request for more barrels of Kriblit fire to use for testing, but while they wait they use the remaining barrels they have for molding the Deep Material. A long, sharp, pointed at one end mold is suggested instead of a spearhead, but is not accepted yet due to a lack of material leftover to make such a mold and use it.

A Scientist comes up with an idea to use clockworks to measure the Light and Dark Seasons, but is lost on how long that time unit should be.

Attempt to create a parasite that will bond with the central nervous system of other creatures, allowing the caerri to interface and control them as they do their tools.

Set aside a portion of the specimens for experiments on integration of a Central nervous override parasite into their bodies is successful.
