is that you did it after saying you had put blame where

2 and 3 are certainly similar, and both mention that blaming him without stating why are noteworthy. You don't actually go into detail why.

Regardless, all three are clearly different explanations for the same claim. I'll ask you again: Why does your story keep changing?

   The first reason you put does make it look so but that is because it is not actually part of my reason to vote for you now. I just needed a reason to vote for the first person who voted. As for reason 2 and 3 they do not contradict themselves.
   You say that you are quick to assign blame where blame is due in response to me saying you are quick to blame someone. As in I said that you blamed someone and you responded that you assign blame where blame is due.
   After the blame talk you go on to ask if I take offense to calling someone out for lurking and uselessness. If we take my belief from the previous part that you are blaming Supercharazad for something then you go and ask if I take offense when someone calls someone out for lurking and being useless. I read that as you blame Supercharazad for lurking and being useless then asking if I take offense to that.
   If you responded that way now after Supercharazad has been doing his thing I would have been fine with it but because how I read what you said I was suspicious about you blaming someone before they had even posted.

   Supercharazad, If you really want to be replaced then WHY did you post your role. You are acting like a spoiled child.

During the day, you will automatically quest for an item, and you will receive it at the end of the day after the lynch.  You may PM me during the day and opt to grab an item from the public item pool instead.  Certain classes have other choices they can make instead.  Note that if the pool is empty when your turn comes to check it, you get nothing!

Other rule clarifications:

You may take one action a night.  Using any item is an action.  The mafia kill is also an action.  Certain items may give you additional actions.

If you're serious about learning how to play mafia, here's another tip:
- Don't claim until you're about to be lynched.
- (That doesn't mean days before you're about to be lynched, that means the day of if not within hours).

IMO, he hasn't technically broken any rules although he is pushing it. It makes me suspicious that you want him modkilled though. If you were scum, you would know his alignment and would either gain a free townkill or a bus-by-mod for your troubles.
