Hmmmm... I could have *sworn* removing it in 10 caused problems at well, but looking it up I can't actually find proof its an issue, it just keeps coming back like a zombie.

Why can't I uninstall Microsoft Edge?
Microsoft Edge Windows 10
Microsoft Edge is the web browser recommended by Microsoft and is the default web browser for Windows. Because Windows supports applications that rely on the web platform, our default web browser is an essential component of our operating system and can’t be uninstalled.
The windows website says its not safe, but from looking on the internet I can't see any actual people backing said warning up or specific statments about what problems it will cause in windows 10.
E: Windows 10 still uses WebView2, so presumably removing edge should still cause problems.

So if Windows needs WebView2, then why isn't that just a standard OS DLL? Why do I have to install Edge to get it?

Baffling.

As an excuse to stop you uninstalling edge because of microsoft's monopolistic tendencies. I agree that it is a little strange because the type of people (eg. tech savvy people) that are going to go out of their way to uninstall it are very unlikely to actually change their mind and start using edge. Still, a mega-corp can dream I guess.

Office 365 Click-to-start
If she actually uses office apps, they might not run with out that, I had that issue with Access.

Did you check event viewer to see if there were any errors being spammed?

Had a combined oral endoscopy/colonoscopy yesterday. GERD seems to have been confirmed, and nearly my entire large intestine is inflamed, declared to be colitis. I also have a hiatal hernia, located right where my esophagus connects to my stomach.

For some reason, my GI doctor didn't do a post-op consultation, and I was discharged almost immediately. The paper with post-op instructions also has some confusing instructions, such as one regarding the suppositories I had been taking for months, which was "ask for instructions on how to use".

I also got the email from my job to start the process of medical leave, which I have absolutely no idea what to do with. It looks like there's just one document I need to send to my GI doctor, but I don't how to get it to them.

I didn't really understand the first two lines past first sentences of each.

But for the paper for GI, can't you just go and hand-deliver? That's what I do with any documents my physician is supposed to get put specialists refuse to mail.

Jokes aside, the part that's missing is possibly, like... dosage, schedule, etc. Some suppositories actually are a bit more complicated than just "jam it on up there, you'll figure it out", too, iirc, and just shoving can cause pretty unpleasant problems. If the instructions are involved enough it's saying to take to your doc first, it's probably a good idea to bug the hell out of them until they clarify, just to be sure.

Like the last goddamn thing you want to do is actually misuse a suppository. It's not the worst thing to screw up when it comes to prescription medication but it's not far from it, especially among things you're fairly likely to survive.

But yeah, so far as documentation, hand delivering it usually works. Just... call the place first, ask if that's the process they go by or if you need to mail or fax or some nonsense.

Got some vegetarian "tuna".

Packaging: Large cardboard box, no reason for it, the product could have fit in 1/3 the size of that.
The product itself was in a vacuum-sealed foil package. Felt like an MRE or cat food.

Cat food's right too, opened it and it straight up looked like it and smelled a little like it too. I wasn't about to let that put me off, who knows what it tastes like? Maybe I can eat it by ignoring its appearance.

Texture: Not like tuna. More like risotto rice: Lumpy with a slight slimy texture, but not actually unpleasant.

Taste: BLAND

So I basically bought overpriced vegetarian catfood.
