Super glue. Live insects of the bitey variety. Tube sock full of wood screws. Replace his weed with oregano.

There are ways to level the playing field. Some of them are less legal than others.

I'd psychologically break him with talking, but that's me.

So... how easy is it to switch roommates where you're at?

It isn't going to happen. If you don't have someone lined up to switch already you can't do it. Someone would actually have to agree to move into this tiny, filthy prison cell I now call home and share it with my roommate.

I don't even know what I'm doing here. This is a waste of time. I'm starting to think I should have just entered the workforce.

Does your roommate not have any bro friends who would want to move in and be bros with him?

I would avoid the more extreme approaches to handling this. When in doubt, spend as little time in your room as possible. It's surprisingly easy.

Wow, MSH. That's just... wow. Much luck to you, and none to your roommate. May he find a nest of angry badgers.

In other rage, I really, really hate Word's .docx format, mostly because it doesn't read in any free editors that I know of. Even goddamn Google didn't read it well enough to be usable.

Open Office or Libreoffice doesn't read it? I could have sworn I've opened .docx files with open office...

Steal? I would just hide under his bed, wait until he falls asleep, and remove his genitals. He obviously doesn't deserve them.

Yes, I can steal his stuff.

It will open, the formatting just all goes to hell. Which is bad, because that means I can't get the one diagram I need out of the damn file to complete my homework.

I'm certain a punch to his face would result in an accommodation change of some sort.

But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

Heh, yes it is.

Now if only "he was totally asking for it" was an acceptable defense for assault and battery.
