With all of the electrically-powered enhancements, the batteries could just die suddenly, and it would be nice to have the equivalent of a pocket-sized interface to a newly-created dimension stuffed with screw pump and waterwheel infinite energy devices...

HMR stands for Hazardous Materials Requisition, not Horrible Massive Ruination, though I can understand how one could get confused.

We'd eventually end up into more than a Point's worth of Elementals if things continue to go like this:P

Anyway...Try to make the cellphone into a basic NMR scanner again, this time keeping a safe distance(but not too far) from others, especially the bionic/robotic ones.
