Yeah, at least until it's tamed befriended. I assume we're far enough ahead of the fort for them not to notice it yet.
If only my fake moustache wasn't broken; we could have disguised it.

Woot, once we set up our town we can spend our time playing D&D and pretending to be adventurers in fantasy worlds!

Daww, I love cutebolds >3<

But anyway we can't exactly "tame" him/her.
It probably has a home and family.

Well, we can adventure together, and it can work for us. In exchange, when we get some shit, it can bring it back to the other kobolds, etc. FOR A SAFER FUTURE FOR KOBOLDS

Nope, my figures are in my room (IE not next to my computer) and he did not let me take my war hammer stuff.

It probably has a home and family.

So?

Hmm. You have a point. I want to indoctrine it into our civ, but I don't want to tear apart a family.

I hold Barbarossa still.
I speak kind words of peace and love to the kobold. While taking his knife.
And maybe we take him to get his family, and then we start a settlement.
EDIT:
I also treat any wounds he may have.

Well, I managed to grab my battlemat and pens and a few models and stuff, so we can probably make do.

Anyway, let's focus on getting to know Josejik for the time being. We can plan political campaigns to rule kobolds later.

See if you can communicate with the cute little Kobold and offer him a deal.

If he can take us to where the rest of his little Kobold pack is we'll offer to let them join our future little community in exchange for protection and feeding. Their jobs will be to perform standard manual labor tasks in order to increase our productivity.

In the meantime, assuming this dwarf fort is underground, we need to find a way to the surface and find some sort of defensible high ground to start our outpost.  I'd hope it was fairly near the dwarf fortress for protection value.

Who is going to be our diplomat? We need to send someone to the dwarves and try to work out a mutual protection pact with them, maybe offer to make a regular supply of wood for them in exchange for mutual protection so that they don't have to come outside as much.?  What do you guys think?
